- 1. Hi! My name is DARRYL JOY BLANCADA CAPILI from the land of pearl of the orient sea. Just don’t mind my age Because age is just a number. What’s matter most is what’s in my mind and as a future teacher; I can be a transformational leader by being a good role model to my subordinates. I will do my very best to inspire them to do their duties and responsibilities. I will be considerate, but it depends upon the situation. I will be open to any suggestions and ideas. And most importantly, I will respect my subordinates so that they will also respect me.

Not only to the students, teachers and aspiring teachers are taught an updated on the new trends in educational technology so that they may be able (we may be able) to use technology in teaching students. It will help teachers adapt to technological changes.

The learners are not the only beneficiary of educational technology. The teacher is also one of the beneficiaries of the educational technology, because by the help of technology, the teacher can discuss and elaborate more about his/her topic to the diverse learners.
