When we are going to teach a topic it is really important to know what my students are
supposed to bring into the lesson, what I want to teach to them and what it is supposed to be
learnt at the end of the unit.
With the following chart you are asked to think about it.

What do my students know
about the topic before I
started the unit?

learnt at the end of this
unit?
· The basic colors and its
psychological effects.
· The range of colors.
· The color properties
(saturation, contrast,
brightness) .
· The basic shapes.
· The basic typographies and
fonts.
· Basic description structure.
· Some basic adjectives.
· The origin and meaning of
some famous logos.
· New adjectives, shapes and
sensation names.
· An image can transmit a lot
of implicit information and
can report benefits to a
company.
· In marketing everything is
planned and studied.
· Mix the visual elements to
get an aim.
· Create an image that
transmits a sensation or a
feeling.
· Work in group respecting
all the decisions and mates's
opinions.
· Get their own opinions and
express the sensations that
an image transmits.
· Speak about the visual
elements of an image
relating it to sensations.
· Defend and justify their
creation using correct words
and expressions.

Why CLIL Works So Well

Why not CLIL? 1 TASK 4 K – W – L When we are going to teach a topic it is really important to know what my students are supposed to bring into the lesson, what I want to teach to them and what it is supposed to be learnt at the end of the unit. With the following chart you are asked to think about it. K What do my students know about the topic before I started the unit? W What do I want my student to learn along this unit? L What have my students learnt at the end of this unit? · The basic colors and its psychological effects. · The range of colors. · The color properties (saturation, contrast, brightness) . · The basic shapes. · The basic typographies and fonts. · Basic description structure. · Some basic adjectives. · The origin and meaning of some famous logos. · New adjectives, shapes and sensation names. · An image can transmit a lot of implicit information and can report benefits to a company. · In marketing everything is planned and studied. · Mix the visual elements to get an aim. · Create an image that transmits a sensation or a feeling. · Work in group respecting all the decisions and mates's opinions. · Get their own opinions and express the sensations that an image transmits. · Speak about the visual elements of an image relating it to sensations. · Defend and justify their creation using correct words and expressions.
