6. LEAD for EPs is designated to improve
experience of our exchange participants, and
let them realize the leadership learning and
growth derived from an exchange experience.
This is a support system for their inner and
outer journey.
7. EPs will go on a journey of leadership
development.
They are expected to go on a journey, which
will help them learn more about themselves,
challenge their values, realize who they really
are, what are they most passionate about and
what matters most in their lives.

14. The EP Manager will introduce “My Challenges” and
“EP Journal” to the EPs before EXPLORE,
specifically during the EP LEAD Seminar.
During the EXPLORE internship, the EP Manager is
responsible to have weekly meetings with the EPs.
He is responsible to keep track of both “EP Journal”
and “My Challenges”
