order to complete it every week -
Put a reminder on calendar
Make the tool more attractive for
the MBs
(add photos, quotes etc)

your Team Meetings
• Prepare the agenda for the Meeting
• Send the agenda to your MBs in order to prepare their data/
complete the Tracking Tool
• Have a clear image of what you will check together with your
Team (Plan/Ach, KPI’s, MoS etc)
• Check the MoS, KPI’s
