Editor's Notes

  1. Ask them… why they think? What is their experience with implementation planning? Explain that only since the last one or two years in AIESEC we have become aware of the importance of planning of implementation activties
  2. Go into common mistakes first to illustrate how we are making these mistakes. The examples following should be familiar for them. You can give examples from your own experience.
