trying to deliver here?1
is our promise to the world.leadership
1) What is this leadership in the
first place?
2) And how are we going to
develop that in youth?

1) What is this leadership in the first place?
best experience
What was the pattern?
these are the patterns we continuously developed in aiesec.
2) And how are we going to develop that in youth?
put ldm in the centre of our
operation.
we can fulfil our promise.
only by
focusing
on ldm delivery
what does our EPs
want?
• Personal Development
• A cultural experience
• To impact a community
So how can we deliver this?
HOW DO WE DELIVER A GOOD
EXPEREINCE TO OUR epS?2
According to The AIESEC Way
We believe that LEADERSHIP
is the fundamental solution.
As AIESEC, we enable young people
to develop their LEADERSHIP.
This LEADERSHIP we develop is based on 4 qualities:
Empowering Others, Solution Oriented,
Self Aware & World Citizen.
SnS XPP adherence+
LEAD as a catalyst
Good Experience
The equation goes like this!
4 aspects you need to
always keep in mind to
ensure LDM is
implemented well.
Standards & Satisfactions
Know what is in store for
the Exchange Participant
from the Sending Home
Entity / our end and at the
same time, be aware of
the Hosting Entity’s
standards that need to be
delivered as well.
Why?
This is what we as a brand,
Global Citizen powered by
AIESEC, promise.
LEAD Delivery
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
SPACES FOR EPs
through various
LEARNING
ENVIRONMENTS
LEAD stands for Learn, Engage, Activate,
Deliver and it is a global programme to
support the leadership development of
AIESECers as well as Exchange Participants.
LEAD is not about making people
emotional. It is a trigger.
LEAD works as a catalyst in the shape of
spaces that we provide to our programs’
participants to facilitate their Inner Journey,
and thus ensure they are developing the
leadership qualities from our model.
What does this mean?
As AIESECers we need to
help facilitate an exchange
participant’s life-long
leadership development
journey by fostering four
qualities:
The 4 characteristics & the defining elements
Do we know and
understand these?
how do we measure
value delivery?3
we use NPS
as our key
measurement Link: https://youtu.be/jcxqJjd-rAE
YOU CAN
CHECK YOUR
LC NPS stats
here —>
Ask your LCPs
for the
password for
your LC
dashboard.
A few things you should pay attention here:
• We only have ICX data as of now.
• Pay attention to your overall NPS score, national standard is 20.
• 2 surveys are sent to each EP, 1 upon realisation, 1 after 30 days of realisation. The
questions are different to measure servicing of matching and during exchange 2 stages.
• Always pay attention to your Top 3 detractor issues and look for solutions to improve it.
• Also pay attention to your Top 3 promoter issues, these are the thing you are doing well!
