How to give Trainings on Procedures
Basic guidelines

As a PM, you will have to educate & give trainings to your MBs
based on your sector & your team.
Member’s training ensures that any knowledge gap that the
member may have will be properly filled in.
Training varies depending on the type of sector & position, but
often follows the same procedures.

I. Orientation
• The members get a chance to meet AIESEC, are given an overview of
their sector.
• They may also get the opportunity to seek answers to any questions that
may have about their sector, or their role & their Job Description on the
Team.

Kinds of Training:
• As PMs, you are responsible to provide training & education that are
designed to give a member the ability to perform his Job Description to the
best of his abilities.

III. Testing
Once the training session is complete, the members should be tested on
how well they have grasped the training materials and its concepts.

IV. Evaluation
After the members have been trained and have performed their responsibilities for a
certain period of time, they should be evaluated and their skills should be assessed.
Evaluations provide a member with feedback on his role & responsibilities, and whether
he is properly implementing procedures in which he was trained. These evaluations
may be conducted several times during the Team Experience.
