clearly for future references & audits.
4. Ensure that each staff under direct line management is working on a set of objectives
reviewed every 6 months. And provide on-job training for all of them.
5. Khartoum estate management includes timely contracts renewal in liaison with the
Programme Director.
6. Khartoum fleet / generator management - service & maintenance, fuel analysis, restocking
of fuel, driver management, vehicle usage including taxi, daily / weekly checkups,
cleanliness of vehicles.
7. Health & Safety - has to ensure emergency food stocks are in place, checked regularly for
those expiring to be used before due date & be replaced, emergency water & fuel in place
all the time & is used & restocked, ensure H&S board is neat, alarm bell in place at the
assembly point.
