profiles, set points, eggs breakout analysis, adjusting setting and pullout timing) and by providing technical
support to hatcheries stuff.
 Establishing & leading QC section in each unit through continuous training on SOPs aimed to reach desired
KPIs.
 Improving staff skills and knowledge by setting up frequent meetings and training.
 Practicing in top management regular meetings, briefing (GP, Breeder, Broiler, Hatcheries) directors on
updates, problem solving and KPI overview.
 Implementing reasonable and affective SOPs for all operational units & stuff, validating it from a Bio-security
prospectus.
