A- United Sugar Company Of Egypt USCE Administration and
Security Senior Manager
Renovation of SAVOLA head quarter, when joined Savola in
2008 the first project assigned to me is to renovate the HQ (8 floors)
with 450 sm each floor to gather all Savola employees in one building,
the project was including construction, electromechanical, HVAC,

President Mubarak Visit - USCE Refinery, April 1st it was the day
of challenging, a visit of president Mubarak to officially opening of
USCE refinery the producer of Al OSRA sugar, the following was
done in 30 hours:-
Landing spot for the President Chopper.
Organize a meeting room with furniture, painting and catering to
accommodate about 150 guests.
Renting of 8 Golf cart from Cairo to Sokhna.
Organize the entrance of 600 employee to enter the refinery after
security cheek.
Acts as contract administrator, by overseeing the preparation,
analysis, negotiation, and review of contracts related to the purchase
or sale of equipment, materials, supplies, products, or services, to
guarantee both the effectiveness & efficiency of these contracts.
Manages the Facility of Savola Head Office at Cairo, by
conducting space and workplace planning, budgeting, purchasing of
needed furniture & equipment, lease management, suggesting and
overseeing renovation projects for a variety of reasons, ranging from
improving efficiency to ensure that facilities meet government
regulations and environmental, health, and security standards,
monitoring the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-
maintained, and for directing relevant staff, including maintenance,
grounds, and custodial workers, to ensure safe and well maintained
working environment within Savola Head Office at Cairo.
Manages the provision of various support services, by
supplying and following up secretarial, reception, & administration
services, conference planning, travel, information and data
processing, mail processing, materials scheduling and distribution,
printing and reproduction, records management, telecommunications
management, equipment relocation, warehouse storage, overseeing
and approving expenses, to ensure timely, efficient & effective
provision of these support services.
Directs transportation and transport services, by following up
vehicles work orders and revising their operations and maintenance
costs, and verifying the commitment to the approved operation
system, to ensure adequate efficient transportation service provided
to USCE staff.
Supervises the medical insurance services provided to USCE
staff, by making sure that USCE staff are provided with adequate
medical insurance coverage, follow up on the performance of the
medical insurance company contracted with USCE, and provide
reports including feedback and recommendations on its performance
to the Human Recourses Director as needed and/or requested, to
ensure USCE employees are provided with the best Medical Service
available in light with Savola Standards..
3. Follows up and supervises the performance of office
services personnel, by hiring, determining workload and
delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating
performance, and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions in
collaboration with the HR Director, to ensure achieving the planned
working standards
B- Afia international Company (AICE). Administration and Security
Senior Manager
Re organize the administration and security department ones I

Enhance the housekeeping of the refinery.
Enhance the security service and apply the appropriate security
system.
Follow up and apply company policy.
Enhance the medical service within the refinery.
Arrange all visits from BOD to the refinery.
Organize day to day work requirements and set required standards
against which work will be checked, in accordance with correct
procedures and administration on an as and when required basis. To
ensure that all equipment, furniture and furnishings are maintained,
checked and kept in good working order in accordance with correct
procedures and report all relevant faults.
Ensure that special requests from employees are carried out in a
timely and cost effective manner.
Ensure that any complaints or feedback from employees are dealt
with in a timely effective manner.
Take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of employees

Arrange all type of accommodation for all staff including Expats
when they are entitled to accommodation and according to policy .
4. Organize beet entrance to the refinery.
Daily reports for all beets entering the refinery.
Deal with third party security (Gafra).
Build good relation with people around the refinery for security
purpose.
Organize all transportation needed for the agro team and refinery
teams and keep the vehicles and busses in a good condition for the
team to achieve the target and the safety of the employees
Weekly cheek on all rented transportation busses and cars to make
sure that the maintenance are done with appropriate schedule.
Maintenance report for all items related to administration such as
buildings, vehicles, restaurant ……
Organize all type of visits to the refinery BOD visits and any
governmental visits.
Manage the ambulance activities when needed.
Manage all telecommunication tools mobiles, land lines, faxes woky
toky ( Radio)
Close monitoring on the medical claims that provided by employees.
Close monitoring on daily admin and security activity.
Ensure that any complaints or feedback from employees are dealt
with in a timely effective manner.
Apply policy and procedure with the alignment of the HR.
Deal with all beet truck drivers with calm and manner and
systematic way to avoid any troubles.
