Duties & Responsibilities: 
 Responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, defining 
departmental strategies for appropriate inventory levels, eliminating obsolete 
and off-spec materials, and reduce aging materials. 
 Develop and maintain transportation system on domestic and international 
freight that ensures business needs are met. 
 Manage customer service activities including order entry, customer 
satisfaction, interface with sales and quality ensuring that customer service 
creates competitive advantage in the marketplace. 
 Ensure Company is in compliance with laws and regulations regarding
transportation, including hazardous materials. 
 Handle technical details relating to international transportation, such as 
customs regulations and any necessary documentation. 
 Build up good relationships with Logistics mediators and work closely with 
package engineers to ensure the protection of freight in transportation. 
 Overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment. 
 Process product returns and Conduct product failure analysis 
 Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to all customers, in 
accordance with the Customer Support RMA Team's objectives. 
 Handle the day-to-day RMA Receiving activities 
 Meet and exceed internal and external Service Level Agreements 
 Maintain daily productivity / workflow reports 
 Assist Customer Service with RMA Authorization processing as needed 
 Work closely with internal departments such as Operations, Customer Service 
/ Technical Support, Quality and Engineering as required

 Responsible for day-to-day routine requirements of the Executive Manager in 
respect to administration. 
 Scheduling, correspondence, travel & accommodation, taking minutes of

the Executive Manager's duties and responsibilities. 
 Respond to telephone calls, mails/e-mails and report on them as necessary.
