The Original Myth Of Daedalus And Icarus
The original myth of Daedalus and Icarus was written by Ovid in his story The Story of Daedalus and
Icarus . The story is about Daedalus, who was an architect, and Icarus, his son. They were exiled to an
island that can only be escaped through the air. Daedalus made wax wings that melt if they get too
close to the sun. When Icarus started flying, he flew too high and fell to his death. This story has been
interpreted several different ways; these include: Landscape with the Fall of Icarus, a painting by
Pieter Bruegel; Landscape with the Fall of Icarus , a poem by William Carlos Williams; and Musee
des Beaux Arts , a poem by W. H. Auden. The texts use different elements to portray Icarus death,
which symbolizes man s failure. One

Reviewing Manheim s Compensation Plan For Their Sales...
In reviewing Manheim s compensation plan for their sales representative, we examined the
commission component. Incentive compensation is subject to ongoing changes and adjustments that
exist to shape and direct the sales force. Manheim s current structure pays employees a monthly
commission based on the number of vehicles bought and sold through their consignment sales.
Examining the extensive data revealed that there are a multitude of factors involved in establishing
commission plans and actually earning a commission payout. Beginning with 2015 sales data,
acquired through Manheim s customer relationship management (CRM) software, 124 field sales rep
commission payments were analyzed. Specifically pulling the data from the months of ... Show more

This year, March had 5 weeks and Sally earned $3,350. The difference between the two months is
$1,630. Most monthly bills are static regardless of the number of business days on the calendar. As an
example, Sally s mortgage for March 2015 and March 2016 would be the same despite the difference
in the number of working days. With commission programs it is important that performance is
accurately tracked, payouts occur timely, and all information is clearly communicated (Stein, 2011)
Through the use of Salesforce.com, one can acquire the necessary data to utilize simple financial
modeling to forecast the likely outcomes of varying commission plan designs. When a goal is set for a
month, based on the previous years data there are two to three months each year where the number of
working weeks or consignment sale days is off track from the previous year. When this occurs it
becomes virtually impossible for a sales rep to achieve their monthly goal in the shorter months.
Employees often use those months to purposely perform below average to increase their commission
payouts in the following months. In turn, this can negatively impact corporate budgets. If goals are
adjusted, based on the number of consignment sale days in a month and not simply just year over year
monthly results, employees would receive more evenly distributed payouts and the company would
see more consistent sales results.
The specific adjustment recommended, is to alter field

Why I Want For A Pharmacist
Just because you graduated from a university doesn t mean your days of studying are over says a
woman named Rosemary Killeen. Throughout my life I have been divulged with many different
questions on what I want to be when I get older. I always had vacillated between I am not really sure
yet and I want to be a professional athlete . But now that I have sat down to think about it I realized
that I would like to be a pharmacist. A pharmacist is a person who is professionally qualified to
prepare and dispense medical drugs. I think that being a pharmacist would be good for me because I
would like to be in the health field but working as a surgeon is not my type of thing. As you read on
you soon will find out the history of a pharmacist, what you need to obtain being a pharmacist, a
description of being a pharmacist, and why this job is for me. Pharmacy can be traced far back into
history. According to Pharmacy, the first known production of medicine substance was around 6th
century BC, however the earliest text of pharmacy can be dated back to the 3rd or 4th AD. Ancient
Egyptian s knowledge on pharmacy was originally written on papyrus. The earliest known complete
filling of medicine was done by the Hindu. One famous pharmacist named John Pemberton was
actually the man that invented Coca Cola. I really think it is bizarre that a pharmacist to be the person
that would invent a kind of pop let alone Coca Cola. Coca Cola is one of the most popular drinks in

Federal Reserve Autonomy

The Essential Role of the Federal Reserve
The Federal Reserve was established as the Central bank of the United States in late 1913. Commonly
referred to as the Fed, it is responsible for managing currency, money supply, and interest rates
(Lecture, 10/6). While the bank is given much autonomy over its actions, it is not independent from
the US government in that the legislature is responsible for allowing the Federal Reserve to act freely,
and elected officials appoint central bankers. These are two primary mechanisms for keeping the Fed
in check, insuring that it is acting in the nation s best interest (O, 286). Countries with central banks
that are independent from their governments tend ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
With the onset of the war, the stability of the relationship between Britain, France, and Germany
which the Gold Standard was dependent on crippled (lecture, 10/13). During the interwar period, 1914
1945, the lack of coordination between economies led to a liquidity shortage while the nations held a
floating exchange rate. The interwar period saw a breakdown in international monetary coordination
proving that a floating economy was doomed for failure (FLB 264). Outside of the lack of
international coordination, the Gold Standard had other downfalls leading to its demise. For example,
national governments had no authority to stimulate their country s economies in times of need.
Moreover, the fixed economy limits foreign trade, hurting the country s industries (lecture,

The Spirit Catches You And You Fall Down Analysis
The Spirit Catches You and You Fall Down is a cultural comparison between two cultures Hmong
from Laos and a modern public hospital in California s San Joaquin Valley. The Lee family fled Laos
after communist forces took over their country migrating to the United States. Lia was their fourteenth
child born in the United States and diagnosed with severe epilepsy. The book is a collection of
multiple interviews to develop a story and is a collection of the writer s interpretations of her
observations, following the Lee family that immigrated to California from Laos. It explores two very
different cultures and the clashes that occurred when they come together in the California medical
system. Lia Lee s family viewed epilepsy as demons that ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

The Rise And Fall Of Egyptian Independence
INTRODUCTION
Egypt was formally incorporated into the Roman Empire in 30BC resulting in the loss of Egyptian
independence. Egypt had experienced years of political upheaval owing to sibling rivalry and native
unrest (Wilkinson, 2010), well before Rome was interested in seizing the country. This allowed for the
weakening of the country, which consequentially made it easily conquered. However, Egypt s loss of
independence was ultimately prompted by the relationship between Cleopatra VII and Marc Anthony
therefore making it the immediate catalyst (Jankowski, 2000).
When analyzing to what extent was the relationship between Cleopatra VII and Marc Anthony the
catalyst for the loss of Egyptian independence in 30BC the aim is to extract scholarly research
findings that relate specifically to the research question and thus assist with an examination of the
aforementioned question.
Egypt occupied a crucial position at the eastern end of the Mediterranean and was of utmost
importance to Rome as it acted as a granary for the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Wilkinson is an acknowledged expert on Ancient Egyptian civilization. Therefore his work can be

In The Rise and Fall of Ancient Egypt, Wilkinson delves into the history of Egypt leading up to the
rule of Cleopatra VII. He explains that her life would be devoted to maintaining [Egypt s]
independence; her death would signal the end of pharaonic Egypt.
Wilkinson primarily focuses on the cultural and ethnic divide of Egypt, the Ptolemies harsh policies,
the increasingly severe sibling rivalry and the consequential native revolts as the key factors which led
to the weakening of Ptolemaic Egypt, resulting in its ultimate loss of independence in

The Ecosystem of the Rainforest
The Ecosystem of the Rainforest
An ecosystem is a relationship among the living and non living organisms in a designated area and the
environment in which they interact with. It includes plants, trees, animals, water, and soil. The
rainforest ecosystem includes a variety of species, plants, and animals. All living organisms in this
ecosystem physically adapt to the rain.
The climate in the rainforest is very humid due the amount of rainfall. A tropical rainforest is very hot
and wet; this type of climate is hit directly by the sun because of its location near the equator. The
closer you are to the equator the solar radiation there is. The average temperature reaches about 77
degrees Fahrenheit. This climates temperature remains ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Cutting down trees and bringing industrialization into the rainforest are destroying the natural cycles
of the rainforest. (Causes of Rainforest Destruction, n.d) Bringing commercial buildings into the
rainforest causes extremely unsafe emissions into the rainforest which is killing the wildlife and well
is the plants and trees.
As mentioned before animals and plants play a very important part in making sure that the rainforest
have energy to stay a life. If you take away trees and plants the animals will have nothing to keep
them alive they will not have food or a home to keep them warm, some animals will move on and find
new homes, but if you cut down trees and rip out planes then without all of these things not just
animals but humans also can t survive. If an animal s moves on and finds new home outside the
rainforest then the rainforest will lose the source of what gives it life and energy and that can really
hurt the rainforest. Biotic, meaning of or related to life, are living factors. Plants, animals, fungi,
protist and bacteria are all biotic or living factors. (Library ThinkQuest n.d.) Life is always important
no matter which life it is for the rainforest to keep its natural and pure look animals are needed in
order to keep it from falling apart. Animals adapt to the environment just like people adapt to new

The Movement Of The Jewish Culture
Furthermore, by using the feminist interpretation within this passage, Jesus didn t want to discard
tradition but wants to reform the freedom of woman from the restrictions and limitations of the rules
and regulations of the Jewish culture and the tradition by bringing more equality in society. Women s
lives in Jesus time were overruled and dominated by a male figure , who were to control every aspect
in their lives. This was due to the fact that women were seen to be unholy more inclined to being
sinful, and were submissive; hence one of Jesus missions became to reform the image of women.
Hence by using the feminist interpretation method, I can conclude that Jesus intentions of preaching to
Mary, was for him to reform the Jewish culture, by spreading hope and strength among women
standing up for a new culture and a generation which will create a new and equal society.
Therefore, by using the feminist interpretation within this passage, we can conclude that in Jesus time,
Jesus was a strong advocate to reforming society and allowing women to become equals to men, as
God has created us all in the image and likeness of himself, hence why all humans are precious and a
gift because God is precious and a gift. Jesus said Mary has chosen the better path , which implies the
message of salvation is significant to all people. Hence, everyone is eligible to listen to the words of
the Lord not just men but also women. Therefore, this passage, emphasises the message

Autobiography As Performative Utterance
Having read a number of slave narratives this semester (including excerpts from autobiographies by
figures such as Frederick Douglass and Olaudah Equiano), I found it somewhat disconcerting that
Michael Bérubé conflated slave narratives and disability centered texts in his article, Autobiography as
Performative Utterance. While I understand the point he was trying to make about a subject s
capability to represent themselves through literature, I found the false equivalencies he was using to
make his point were somewhat discomforting. Considering Count Us In revolves around a white,
American, upper class family, it didn t seem particularly appropriate for Bérubé to be making the
comparisons that he did. I think that his points about autobiography

Narrative Essay Kindergarten
All I wanted when I was little was to have beautiful long hair. All of my dolls had hair down to their
waist , and I longed to have hair like them. Unfortunately for me, my hair did not grow very fast... at
all. I was practically bald until I was three; and my hair was only about to my chin when I was ready
to start kindergarten. So there I was, on my first day at Foreign Language Academy. I was in Señora
Vargas s Kindergarten class holding on to my mom, dreading the moment she would have to leave. I
had been really excited about starting school and getting to wear my navy blue dress and my hellokitty
backpack. Actually being in the classroom, however, incredibly nerve racking. Most of the parents
were mingling and asking questions to the teacher, while the kids tried to find their place. Some kids
had already began to play games with one another. Others, like me, were more shy, still clinging to
their parent. In all the commotion, I noticed a girl who had the longest hair in the entire class of
kindergartners. She looked a lot like me except she had freckles, a pink cast on her arm, and the hair I
had ever seen. Her hair was the same color as mine, but about triple the length, and with more curl in
it. Jealousy immediately swept over me. It seemed like this girl had everything I had ever wished for
in my entire life. I also thought casts were really cool at that time because I did not really understand

Children Of The Classroom Benefit Students By Teaching...
Pets in the classroom benefit students by teaching responsibility, boosting self esteem, and helping
with children with anxiety. From early childhood, the desire to keep a pet is almost universal; children
dream frequently about animals; images and pictures of animals dominate children s books; children
who keep pets often regard baby faced animals as siblings; and there appears to simply be an human
attraction to, or at least interest in, non human animals (Daly, Suggs 104). Keeping pet animals within
a teaching environment has always been a popular feature of elementary classrooms (Zasloff et al.
347). One way that children can benefit from having a classroom pet is that pets build a child`s self
esteem, helping them to be more ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
With a class pet children will learn the proper way to handle and care for the pet. Children can learn
the responsibility of taking care of an animal from having a pet in their classroom. Children will learn
what it takes to care for something other than themselves by feeding the pet lunch or cleaning out the
pet`s cage. Children are introduced to the world of animals by having a class pet, especially if they do
not have a pet at home. Students who do not have a pet at home are able to see, touch, and help take
care of one at school. When a student does not have a pet at home, they lose an experience to be close
to a non human being. Having a pet in their classroom could help them experience new feelings, gain
new abilities, and be able to understand what it is like to take care of something other than themselves.
Math and science can be brought to life with a class pet. The class can learn multiplication, fractions,
time, animal behavior, etc. Pets can also improve a child`s health. Many have done research relating to
the benefits of a person`s health. Children who have pets are less likely to get sick. Children who have
pets are at school more than children who do not. There are also some negative aspects of keeping a
class pet. One of the cons to keeping a class pet is cleaning up after it. Every pet, no matter how clean
it is, needs its cage cleaned once a week. The pet also needs care over the weekend and over breaks.

Economic Inequality in American Society
The evidence that Krugman provides for economic inequality in American society rests on various
factors. Firstly, there is the great and definite gap between rich and middle class with the wealthy, as
Krugman shows in his picture, possess private planes, as well as own health care systems (concierge
doctors), travel network, clubs, and separate economy, whilst middle class and poorer can no way
afford such luxuries. Warren and Tyagi, too, found that the middle class families were actually
spending less on luxuries than they had in the 1980s and their falling into debt mainly reflected their
desire to afford the schooling for their children that hey felt would give them the necessary edge in
life. The upper class had no problem in this area and is able to continue spending unrestrained by
worries. A further piece of evidence is the study conducted by the National Center for Education
Statistics (1988) which showed that socio economic status and test score were associated with
increasing student s chance of finishing college: Students who scored in the bottom fourth on the
exam, but came from families whose status put them in the top forth ¦ were more likely to finish
college than students who scored in the top fourth but whose parents were in the bottom fourth
(p.591). In short, class in modern America trumps all else and, far more democratic, huge class
differences prevail. I agree with Krugman s main point about the yawning and growing chasm
between upper class and

New York City Of New Jersey
There is a house located thirty five minutes outside of New York City. In the state of New Jersey, the
bricked cap cod lies in the quiet suburban town named Bloomfield. In this town, on Spring Street,
residences have blooming front lawns filled with different flowers and plants. With a street named
Spring and a town named Bloomfield, it is no coincidence that Spring Street and its town is filled with
such an array of color. However, although Spring Street is filled with lively landscapes, most of the
houses are white or tan which match and blend in with one another. With the exception of one the
house located on 91 North Spring Street. This cap cod stands out against the others with its red
bricked exterior and matching red stained window. However behind this bright red window is a

The red window bedroom is located on the home s second story. Entering the home, the first level is
an open floor plan joining the living room and kitchen together. The left side of the living room has a

Garth Nix. The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of The Ring , directed by Peter Jackson is the film
that I am analysing.

In the ghost story film The Others , an unnerving atmosphere is set straight away. It begins with
cheerful, but strange music, and then a woman is shown screaming, making you wonder what has just
occurred.
This is the perfect beginning for a novel under the ghost story genre.
Further on into the film, we learn that the children who live in the house are ultra sensitive to any
bright light. This adds to the strangeness of the story, possibly scaring the viewer and making them
believe that the characters are quite strange.
The majority of all ghost stories are set in the winter months because the weather is bad and when it is
like this, bad things usually happen. The main character usually gets themselves into a spot of bother
due to either the torrential rain, snow or a storm. It is highly unlikely for a ghost story to be set in
sunny or cheerful surroundings. It is the dark, dismal and eerie atmosphere that adds to the scariness.
In both The Others and Susan Hill s The Woman in Black, death is a key factor in the story line. Dying
is always used because if somebody had not died, there would be no ghost to haunt the major
character in the novel. In The Woman in Black , narrator and main character Arthur
Kipps is constantly haunted by the sound of a pony and trap being pulled under a marsh by quicksand.

Essay on Agriculture in the Incan Empire
At the time of their demise, the Incan Empire had nearly as many domesticated plant species as all of
Eurasia. There was no sign of the wheel or work animals that could be yoked to a plow, and the Incans
had limited use of metallurgy. Yet the mighty South American empire terraced, irrigated, and produced
enough food for millions of people. The Incans were able to sustain agricultural surpluses by intensive
exploitation of the land and sophisticated methods of storage and dispersal of grains and tubers.
Through a culture based on agriculture the Incans were able to expand their empire into one of the
largest in the New World. Until their demise, the Incans used agriculture as a unifying force in several
different ways.

The Incans were astute in that they cultivated as many of the climactic zones as possible. Cultivating a
wide range of crops in varying climates protected the Incans, to certain extent, from crop failure .
Safeguarding laypeople against unpredictable environmental conditions created a sense of unity in that
it allowed the Incans to feed nonproducing sectors of society, such as state messengers, various
artisans, metalworkers, and the thousands of warriors needed to conquer a portion of western half of
South America from Chile to Ecuador.
In 1460 AD, the Incans conquered a region from the native Huancas, Xauxa, of South America that
proved to be both logistically and environmentally important to the empire. Prior to the Incan
invasion, the Huancas densely fortified themselves on hilltops in defensive, nucleated bands or tribes.
The Huanca clearly saw security as an issue. Yet after the Incans introduced their methods of
subsistence agriculture, the Huancas began moving down slope to inhabit the low lying river valleys
where crops could be grown and surpluses could be accumulated. At the same time, the Incans began
adopting Huancan polities into regional and state government, a transition made easier since food
production was not an overriding concern. Here the Incans have used their agricultural practices as a
unifying force to incorporate a conquered tribe into the empire, a common theme for the

Theme Of Evil In Genesis
In Genesis we see the question arise of how can God be all good and omnipotent yet allow such evils
in to exist in the world that he has created. The Old Testament, in raising this question, also tries to
answer it. From an early act of disobedience by Adam and Eve to Cain killing Abel we can that evil in
the world is preordained as a result of human disobedience to God. In the first books there is little to
no reference to good showing hatred or neglect towards humans and yet still they disobey him.
Therefor a disappointed God can do nothing to prevent evil because it comes through human
wickedness rather than any acts of God. The second issue of evil is the existence of undeserved evil
such as pain. But this too is answered, we see God use natural evil as a means of showing man the
ways they have corrupted the world or to display his power over man as seen in the Book of Job.
Overall the problem of evil in Genesis originates from man and it is unpreventable by God. ... Show

In these stories we see man testing the gods and their mortality. Lycaon first tests Jupiter by serving
him the flesh of a prisoner and then tries to kill Jupiter in his sleep. For this crime the fleeing Lycaon
is transformed into a wolf and in some stories all except one of Lycaon children are murdered as well.
However unlike the God in Genesis we see that the god s of Ovid s Metamorphoses can be as wicked
as those they created. The theme of divine rape is brought into the story almost immediately. We see
Apollo attempt to rape Daphne and Jupiter rape lo, then turn her to a cow when his wife gets
suspicious. We get a feeling of evil created by both the Gods and humans because in these Graeco
Roman Myths we get a sense of Gods that are very human

Homeland Security Information Systems Analysis
As stated in the first chapter of the textbook, there are numerous ways homeland security goes about
informing and warning United States citizens on current or future catastrophes and hazards. One way
for people to stay informed on the current risk levels of terrorist attacks is through the Homeland
Security Advisory System, now known as the National Terrorism Advisory System. Sadly, the
information given to the public on these systems can sometimes be difficult for people to locate. As a
result, government agencies have teamed up with cell phone companies to provide an alternative, and
more accessible way to keep the public informed of not just current risks of terrorism but also useful
news updates. To better elaborate, according to one article, as of 2016 all smart phones now have the
capability to give the carrier real time warnings on tornados, hurricanes, flooding in the area, traffic
crashes, amber ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Another great quality about this new alert system is that it sends instructions to the reader on how to
prepare for unexpected weather conditions or a terrorist attack (Biersdorfer, 2016). Moving on, today
another widely used app that can help inform the public is twitter. To better explain, according to one
source, people who use twitter can now select the option of getting minute to minute updates sent
straight to their phone on information on public emergency s (Biersdorfer, 2016). All the cell phone
holder has to do is select an agency, for example, the Department Homeland Security, and the
Department will send them the same updated information that would be posted on the National
Terrorism Advisory System (Biersdorfer,

The Three Sports Throughout History
There are three sports that truly impacted the world from the beginning of time till now. Many people
play these sports for the enjoyment and because that is what they grew up around. The three sports
include, Football, Baseball, and also soccer. I personally play football, and baseball so I can name off
some facts about these sports from the top of my head. a young man named Abner Doubleday
invented baseball in Cooperstown, New York, during the summer of 1839. Doubleday then went on to
become a Civil War hero, while baseball became America s beloved national pastime.
Most modern versions of football are believed to have originated from England in the twelfth century.
The game became so popular in England that the kings of that time (Henry

Young Adult Life Stage
The Young Adult Life Stage | Adult Development amp; Aging, BSHS 371 | Roxanne Arballo
September, 2011 |
THE YOUNG ADULT LIFE STAGE Stress in the young adult life stage seems more prevalent in
today s society. One very important point is that kids are growing up much faster, taking on more
responsibilities that years ago might not have been faced for another 5, 10, and 20 years later. Culture
has a very big part in the onset of adult roles at varied ages. The transition to and through this stage
can involve, as this writer personally went through in this period, one of looking at and at times being
traumatized by who we are becoming. There might be the doubt we are going in the direction we want
to go. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Unless it s family things. Almita 21 year old young female adult, lives with female roommate at
UCSantaCruz, hours north of San Diego a) What s most important to Almita is her mom and her mom
s physical (post cancer/currently in remission) and mental/emotional condition, Alma living away
from home and mom for the first time in her life ( father never part of Almita s life). School comes
second to how her mom is doing; b) Life, to interviewee, has been a fluid succession of changes,
preventing a real conscious awareness of change in stages. Obvious changes include her living away
from her mom and out of the city. That s major, the two living alone up to now. Taking care of myself,
everything without mom, has taken getting used to since it didn t come from the innate desire to
become independent; c) It seems, she feels, the only difference is the age number, the digits. Noted
also is that if she were still home, the main change since adolescence is that she can drive. Since that
was 5 years ago, she feels no noticeable changes have happened; (She humbly makes no mention of
her physical changes, which are, to this writer, are a beautiful example of girl into young woman
growth) e) Worries~ She acknowledges she is scared about her mom s getting sick again and that she

The Uk s Data Protection Act And The General Data...
The UK s Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) that underpin this
legislation is due to become law in May 2018. However, the new legislation is complex so this article
is intended to make you aware of some of the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection
Regulations (GDPR) more important implications. This means that the implications of the legislation
will be felt far beyond a company s legal or IT departments. It will have implications across the
organisation including marketing, finance and human resources, as well. In order for companies to be
ready for the introduction of the new legislation they have to prepare. The UK s Information

So, for example, new business startups will need to ensure that they are collecting personal data in a
manner that is compliant with this legislation. 3. Key changes Some of the most important changes
are: i) Handling of personal information Organisations must be able to demonstrate that people have
freely given their consent to the processing of their personal data and The ICO recommends that this
means giving people genuine ongoing choice and control over how their data is used. Where an
organisation processes data belonging to children under 16 years in the UK (although the age may be
as low as 13 in some EU states), then organisations must obtain parental consent. The legislation
introduces the following rights: Right to be informed Right of access Right to rectification Right to
erasure Right to restrict processing Right to data portability Right to object Rights related to
automated decision making including profiling Importantly, there has to be express consent from the
data subject before that information can be processed and data subjects will have the right to withdraw
their consent at any time ii) Accessing information held Organisations are obligated to allow people
access to the personal data held about them. This is to allow them to: a.) be aware of the information
held b.) verify the lawfulness of the processing. Companies are not allowed to charge for providing

New Dannonpa V3 Game Analysis
I created an album cover for the original soundtracks of the game: New DanganRonpa V3. An album
which contains all the soundtracks used in the game. This is a mystery game based around high school
students who are trapped in a school setting. In order to escape, students must murder each other and
lie through a debate without getting caught by the rest. The design of this game is inspired by the
infamous psychological horror film, Saw.
The design is largely made up of a colour that s close to magenta. The reason being that magenta is
used to represent the colour of blood in the game. There is also a hidden face within the texts. The
weird wing like shape and a dot is actually the eyes of the game mascot who is also a representation of
the antagonist.
My design is partly inspired by two Pop artists, Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein. In terms of using

The brighter pink and a darker green. Not only do the hues create a contrast, the smaller and bigger
shapes are also a example of contrast between shapes. All shapes and texts are tightly placed together
to represent a feeling of unease and a sense of being trapped. Which is one of the major point in this
game. There is no clear balance to this design. However, each lines leads to the where the title of the
game resides to draw attention to the title of the game.
As I was creating this cover, I wanted convey a bright and lighthearted feeling. Which is what the
producers want the players to think in at first. Yet at the same time, I wanted to hint a feeling of being
trapped in a mess. This game is targeted towards older teens who seeks thrills in a game full of
unknown pasts, mysterious murders, and deducing theories. Through my design, I believe I was able
to create mix feelings within the target audience. A cover which makes them curious as to why a cover
is able to have such bright colours, yet give off such an uneasy

How Social Networking Sites Have Become Powerful Tools For...
Social media websites have become powerful tools for recruitment and hiring in many organizations.
Some organizations rely on these networks to attract and screen talent. According to Davison and
Maraist (2011), A recent survey by the Society for Human Resource Management reported that in
2006, only 21% of organizations had used social networking sites as an HR tool, but in 2008, 44% had
used social networking sites for HR...the same survey reported that 34% of organizations currently use
social networking sites to recruit or contact potential applicants, and 19% plan to in the future
(Davison, Maraist, Bing, 2011). The internet overwhelmingly affects how business is conducted in the
world today, mostly appealing college graduates. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Here are the main social networking sites and a brief summary of each site. Myspace is the oldest of
the social networking sites and although at one point it was the most popular of the sites its use has
since declined. According to Chauhan, Buckley, and Harvey (2013), Myspace was the first widely
recognized social networking site and currently has approximately 25 million users. The authors
explain Myspace s decline as being attributed to lack of innovation and particular focus towards
music, entertainment, and customization of the user s profile. Using Myspace for recruiting purposes
would not be recommended for your day to day recruiting purposes because of the informality of the
content, unless one was recruiting for the entertainment business then it would likely benefit the
recruiter because they are able to get a clear depiction of the user by how they market themselves and
how they interact with the public and their fans.
Facebook was created soon after and completely took over, Facebook.com is the world s most
frequently visited website in the world (Chauhan, Buckley, Harvey, 2013). Facebook alike Myspace,
LinkedIn, and twitter allows users to create a personal profile that displays information about
themselves. On Facebook users can share information about their education, work experience,

Genetic Disorders ( Genetic Disease Foundation ) Essay
There are around 6,000 known genetic disorders (Genetic Disease Foundation). The symptoms of
these disorders range from memory loss to blindness, physical abnormalities and more. A process
known as gene editing was created in an attempt to do away with genetic disorders. Gene editing was
named Science Magazine s Breakthrough of the Year 2015 due to its ease and high accessibility
(ScienceDirect). It works by using CRISPR (Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic
Repeats) and Cas9 to make changes in the genes of cells. Francisco Mojica discovered CRISPR in
1993 at the University of Alicante in Spain (Broad Institute). It works by adding, changing or even
removing DNA bases (Your Genome). Alexander Bolotin discovered Cas9 in 2005 at the French
National Institute for Agricultural Research (Broad Institute). Cas9 is an enzyme that acts as a pair of
molecular scissors that can cut two strands of DNA at a specific location in the genome so that bits of
DNA can then be added or removed (YourGenome). The CRISPR Cas9 system has been used to
correct genetic mutations and for replacing entire genes, opening up a world of possibilities for the
treatment of genetic diseases (ScienceDirect). This makes CRISPR Cas9 a new and revolutionary
technology with a wide range of potential applications, and almost everybody will be affected by gene
editing in one way or another. The scientists currently working on making human gene editing a
reality, is only one group of

Durkheim s Theories Of A Capitalist Society
Many sociological theorists who were relevant over a century ago are also still applicable to today s
society. Whilst parts of the theory and the context of the theories may have quite dated, some parts do
still reign true. Some theories however, like Marx s ideas of a capitalist society, have become more
influential in today s economic climate. Perspectives like Durkheim s theories of suicide, Marx s
theories on Capitalism and changes to economic status, Weber s input on Capitalism and his
influential work on Religion. The ideas this essay will be focusing upon are the iconic theories, that
the previously mentioned sociologists are known for and showing how these theories have progressed
through the time. Emile Durkheim is a prominent figure in Sociology, and is often referred to as one
of the founding fathers of the subject, alongside Marx and Weber. This is due to his work on studying
Suicide in his book Suicide: A Study in Sociology , this work was monumental in the field of
Sociology as Durkheim was the first sociologist to suggest that society can affect what is probably the
most private action a person can perform; ending their life.
In his study he found that certain social groups where more likely to commit suicide than others; for
example, Protestants were more likely to commit suicide than Catholics; as the Catholic Religion
integrated its members more strongly into a religious community (Haralambos and Horlborn, 2000:
975). Durkheim based this upon the

Plagiarism Is More Effective Than Just Punishing Students
Later Draft
Scott Jaschik discusses various situations of plagiarism in college in his article, Winning Hearts and
Minds in War on Plagiarism, in order to argue that there are more efficient solutions to prevent
plagiarism. Jaschik published this article in Inside Higher Ed, which is an online news source, that he
cofounded, targeting first year English and college writing instructors. In the article, he explores
different ways of preventing plagiarism and emphasizes the importance of academic integrity. By
drawing on different instructor perspectives, he employs various situations such as an online student
discussion board and an assignment to purposely plagiarize in order to highlight common issues with
why students plagiarize. Jaschik ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Although there still was some unintentional plagiarizing, the open minded conversation between
Hagopian and her students was more beneficial and effective for the students because it taught them
the, difference between deliberate fraud and failed apprenticeship (Jaschik 262). This example
strengthens
Jaschik s idea by specifically illustrating how first year writing instructors being more open minded
towards plagiarism can be more beneficial for the students. Jaschik also describes another example
with Roy Stamper, an associate writing director, who followed an online student discussion board
where students discussed how they felt about plagiarizing which led
Stamper to discover that there was also a strong, intense reaction from other students much of it
critical (263). Jaschik uses this to illustrate how his lurking online raised many questions and whether,
an intense workload puts an emphasis for students on efficiency as opposed to quality (263 4). This
example also strengthens Jaschik s argument in that it appeals to the first year writing instructors by
giving insight on various students opinions on plagiarizing. This is effective to the instructors because
it allows them to learn some reasons why students plagiarize, such as being overloaded and not having
enough time. Even Stamper himself asks, Should writing instructors be looking to

Pete Turner Essay
Pete Turner is a famous photographer who was best known for his colored photography.
All of his images combine bold color and graphic design. Turner uses techniques such as using an
intense color palette, geometry, hue and saturation, creating vanishing points, and surrealism.
Turner started taking photos at a young age. He started around 14 years old and used color print and
transparency material. At the start of his career he took pictures when he was drafted into the United
States military service. After discharged from the military, Turner moves to New York and takes
pictures that are featured in National Geographic, Sports Illustrated,
Timex, Esquire, and the International Museum of Photography. He took pictures to advertise

Hue and saturation are major editing techniques Turner utilizes. In the Nikon USA article
Pete Turner: Master of Color Photography, Turner states, I ll work with color levels and curves, hue
and saturation, but not with filters or composite effects. I don t do any photo composition partly
because I don t like the look of it, and also because it s too easy and too many people are doing it. I
don t like to follow the path of what s trendy. Saturated color helps to emphasize the boldness of his
pictures. He also uses saturation to make parts of his picture more or less bold.
Turner does this to make parts of the picture more apparent than others and this creates vanishing
points. Vanishing points are apparent in all of Pete Turners photos. After saturating parts of the image
and editing it with a digital palette, Turner is able to create vanishing points. Some of the vanishing
points he creates a lot are not straight lines. For example, after he makes a blue and green that are next
to each other bold, he then saturates the area where they meet and this makes the line blurred and
appear not straight anymore. He has done this with people too. Turner makes

Essay about Profit Center
The TallTree2 Hotel Casino is a 640 room resort complex featuring a full range of Nevada style
gaming with slot machines and table games. Besides the hotel and casino, it also operates four
restaurants, two entertainment showrooms and three gift shops. Because of the economic environment
at the time, TallTree2 wanted to improve its bottom line by launching a range of Special Events like
golf tournaments, boxing matches, New Year Parties and a series of pit, keno and slot tournaments.
Those special events were specifically designed to compensate for the slow periods and generate
additional gaming revenues.

The company is decentralized and each department is a responsibility center. A responsibility center is
a division of a company for which a manager has the authority to make decisions. The main types of
responsibility centers are cost centers and profit centers.
A cost center is a division of a company that is responsible for the keeping the costs as low as
possible. Cost centers contribute to a company s profitability indirectly like marketing, customer
service or research and development.
A profit center is a division of the company that is accounted for on a standalone basis for the purpose
of profit calculation. The managers of those profit centers have the decision making authority related
to product or service pricing and operating expenses. Therefore, the profit center is responsible for
making its own earnings.
The goal is to reorganize the allocation of costs so that each segment is profitable. The special events
target high rollers and should bring more money that they currently bring.
The Casino department should still be run as a profit center. Gambling is the largest source of revenue
for the hotel casino complex. The department manager controls the revenues by offering special
promotions and complimentary food, beverages and rooms in times of slow periods. The manager is
not only responsible for the profit generated but also for the costs.

  • 2. The Original Myth Of Daedalus And Icarus The original myth of Daedalus and Icarus was written by Ovid in his story The Story of Daedalus and Icarus . The story is about Daedalus, who was an architect, and Icarus, his son. They were exiled to an island that can only be escaped through the air. Daedalus made wax wings that melt if they get too close to the sun. When Icarus started flying, he flew too high and fell to his death. This story has been interpreted several different ways; these include: Landscape with the Fall of Icarus, a painting by Pieter Bruegel; Landscape with the Fall of Icarus , a poem by William Carlos Williams; and Musee des Beaux Arts , a poem by W. H. Auden. The texts use different elements to portray Icarus death, which symbolizes man s failure. One ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 3. Reviewing Manheim s Compensation Plan For Their Sales... In reviewing Manheim s compensation plan for their sales representative, we examined the commission component. Incentive compensation is subject to ongoing changes and adjustments that exist to shape and direct the sales force. Manheim s current structure pays employees a monthly commission based on the number of vehicles bought and sold through their consignment sales. Examining the extensive data revealed that there are a multitude of factors involved in establishing commission plans and actually earning a commission payout. Beginning with 2015 sales data, acquired through Manheim s customer relationship management (CRM) software, 124 field sales rep commission payments were analyzed. Specifically pulling the data from the months of ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... This year, March had 5 weeks and Sally earned $3,350. The difference between the two months is $1,630. Most monthly bills are static regardless of the number of business days on the calendar. As an example, Sally s mortgage for March 2015 and March 2016 would be the same despite the difference in the number of working days. With commission programs it is important that performance is accurately tracked, payouts occur timely, and all information is clearly communicated (Stein, 2011) Through the use of Salesforce.com, one can acquire the necessary data to utilize simple financial modeling to forecast the likely outcomes of varying commission plan designs. When a goal is set for a month, based on the previous years data there are two to three months each year where the number of working weeks or consignment sale days is off track from the previous year. When this occurs it becomes virtually impossible for a sales rep to achieve their monthly goal in the shorter months. Employees often use those months to purposely perform below average to increase their commission payouts in the following months. In turn, this can negatively impact corporate budgets. If goals are adjusted, based on the number of consignment sale days in a month and not simply just year over year monthly results, employees would receive more evenly distributed payouts and the company would see more consistent sales results. The specific adjustment recommended, is to alter field ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Throughout my life I have been divulged with many different questions on what I want to be when I get older. I always had vacillated between I am not really sure yet and I want to be a professional athlete . But now that I have sat down to think about it I realized that I would like to be a pharmacist. A pharmacist is a person who is professionally qualified to prepare and dispense medical drugs. I think that being a pharmacist would be good for me because I would like to be in the health field but working as a surgeon is not my type of thing. As you read on you soon will find out the history of a pharmacist, what you need to obtain being a pharmacist, a description of being a pharmacist, and why this job is for me. Pharmacy can be traced far back into history. According to Pharmacy, the first known production of medicine substance was around 6th century BC, however the earliest text of pharmacy can be dated back to the 3rd or 4th AD. Ancient Egyptian s knowledge on pharmacy was originally written on papyrus. The earliest known complete filling of medicine was done by the Hindu. One famous pharmacist named John Pemberton was actually the man that invented Coca Cola. I really think it is bizarre that a pharmacist to be the person that would invent a kind of pop let alone Coca Cola. Coca Cola is one of the most popular drinks in not only the US ... Federal Reserve Autonomy Samantha Minkowitz EID: smm4958 November 5, 2015 The Essential Role of the Federal Reserve The Federal Reserve was established as the Central bank of the United States in late 1913. Commonly referred to as the Fed, it is responsible for managing currency, money supply, and interest rates (Lecture, 10/6). While the bank is given much autonomy over its actions, it is not independent from the US government in that the legislature is responsible for allowing the Federal Reserve to act freely, and elected officials appoint central bankers. These are two primary mechanisms for keeping the Fed in check, insuring that it is acting in the nation s best interest (O, 286). • 7. The Rise And Fall Of Egyptian Independence INTRODUCTION Egypt was formally incorporated into the Roman Empire in 30BC resulting in the loss of Egyptian independence. Egypt had experienced years of political upheaval owing to sibling rivalry and native unrest (Wilkinson, 2010), well before Rome was interested in seizing the country. This allowed for the weakening of the country, which consequentially made it easily conquered. However, Egypt s loss of independence was ultimately prompted by the relationship between Cleopatra VII and Marc Anthony therefore making it the immediate catalyst (Jankowski, 2000). When analyzing to what extent was the relationship between Cleopatra VII and Marc Anthony the catalyst for the loss of Egyptian independence in 30BC the aim is to extract scholarly research findings that relate specifically to the research question and thus assist with an examination of the aforementioned question. • 9. The Movement Of The Jewish Culture Furthermore, by using the feminist interpretation within this passage, Jesus didn t want to discard tradition but wants to reform the freedom of woman from the restrictions and limitations of the rules and regulations of the Jewish culture and the tradition by bringing more equality in society. Women s lives in Jesus time were overruled and dominated by a male figure , who were to control every aspect in their lives. This was due to the fact that women were seen to be unholy more inclined to being sinful, and were submissive; hence one of Jesus missions became to reform the image of women. Hence by using the feminist interpretation method, I can conclude that Jesus intentions of preaching to Mary, was for him to reform the Jewish culture, by spreading hope and strength among women standing up for a new culture and a generation which will create a new and equal society. Therefore, by using the feminist interpretation within this passage, we can conclude that in Jesus time, Jesus was a strong advocate to reforming society and allowing women to become equals to men, as God has created us all in the image and likeness of himself, hence why all humans are precious and a gift because God is precious and a gift. Jesus said Mary has chosen the better path , which implies the message of salvation is significant to all people. • 11. Narrative Essay Kindergarten All I wanted when I was little was to have beautiful long hair. All of my dolls had hair down to their waist , and I longed to have hair like them. Unfortunately for me, my hair did not grow very fast... at all. I was practically bald until I was three; and my hair was only about to my chin when I was ready to start kindergarten. So there I was, on my first day at Foreign Language Academy. I was in Señora Vargas s Kindergarten class holding on to my mom, dreading the moment she would have to leave. I had been really excited about starting school and getting to wear my navy blue dress and my hellokitty backpack. Actually being in the classroom, however, incredibly nerve racking. Most of the parents were mingling and asking questions to the teacher, while the kids tried to find their place. Some kids had already began to play games with one another. Others, like me, were more shy, still clinging to their parent. In all the commotion, I noticed a girl who had the longest hair in the entire class of kindergartners. She looked a lot like me except she had freckles, a pink cast on her arm, and the hair I had ever seen. Her hair was the same color as mine, but about triple the length, and with more curl in it. Jealousy immediately swept over me. It seemed like this girl had everything I had ever wished for in my entire life. • 13. Economic Inequality in American Society The evidence that Krugman provides for economic inequality in American society rests on various factors. Firstly, there is the great and definite gap between rich and middle class with the wealthy, as Krugman shows in his picture, possess private planes, as well as own health care systems (concierge doctors), travel network, clubs, and separate economy, whilst middle class and poorer can no way afford such luxuries. Warren and Tyagi, too, found that the middle class families were actually spending less on luxuries than they had in the 1980s and their falling into debt mainly reflected their desire to afford the schooling for their children that hey felt would give them the necessary edge in life. The upper class had no problem in this area and is able to continue spending unrestrained by worries. A further piece of evidence is the study conducted by the National Center for Education Statistics (1988) which showed that socio economic status and test score were associated with increasing student s chance of finishing college: Students who scored in the bottom fourth on the exam, but came from families whose status put them in the top forth ¦ were more likely to finish college than students who scored in the top fourth but whose parents were in the bottom fourth (p.591). Further on into the film, we learn that the children who live in the house are ultra sensitive to any bright light. This adds to the strangeness of the story, possibly scaring the viewer and making them believe that the characters are quite strange. The majority of all ghost stories are set in the winter months because the weather is bad and when it is like this, bad things usually happen. The main character usually gets themselves into a spot of bother due to either the torrential rain, snow or a storm. It is highly unlikely for a ghost story to be set in sunny or cheerful surroundings. It is the dark, dismal and eerie atmosphere that adds to the scariness. • 21. Theme Of Evil In Genesis In Genesis we see the question arise of how can God be all good and omnipotent yet allow such evils in to exist in the world that he has created. The Old Testament, in raising this question, also tries to answer it. From an early act of disobedience by Adam and Eve to Cain killing Abel we can that evil in the world is preordained as a result of human disobedience to God. In the first books there is little to no reference to good showing hatred or neglect towards humans and yet still they disobey him. Therefor a disappointed God can do nothing to prevent evil because it comes through human wickedness rather than any acts of God. The second issue of evil is the existence of undeserved evil such as pain. But this too is answered, we see God use natural evil as a means of showing man the ways they have corrupted the world or to display his power over man as seen in the Book of Job. Overall the problem of evil in Genesis originates from man and it is unpreventable by God. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... In these stories we see man testing the gods and their mortality. Lycaon first tests Jupiter by serving him the flesh of a prisoner and then tries to kill Jupiter in his sleep. For this crime the fleeing Lycaon is transformed into a wolf and in some stories all except one of Lycaon children are murdered as well. However unlike the God in Genesis we see that the god s of Ovid s Metamorphoses can be as wicked as those they created. The theme of divine rape is brought into the story almost immediately. We see Apollo attempt to rape Daphne and Jupiter rape lo, then turn her to a cow when his wife gets suspicious. We get a feeling of evil created by both the Gods and humans because in these Graeco Roman Myths we get a sense of Gods that are very human ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 22. Homeland Security Information Systems Analysis As stated in the first chapter of the textbook, there are numerous ways homeland security goes about informing and warning United States citizens on current or future catastrophes and hazards. One way for people to stay informed on the current risk levels of terrorist attacks is through the Homeland Security Advisory System, now known as the National Terrorism Advisory System. Sadly, the information given to the public on these systems can sometimes be difficult for people to locate. As a result, government agencies have teamed up with cell phone companies to provide an alternative, and more accessible way to keep the public informed of not just current risks of terrorism but also useful news updates. Many people play these sports for the enjoyment and because that is what they grew up around. The three sports include, Football, Baseball, and also soccer. I personally play football, and baseball so I can name off some facts about these sports from the top of my head. a young man named Abner Doubleday invented baseball in Cooperstown, New York, during the summer of 1839. Doubleday then went on to become a Civil War hero, while baseball became America s beloved national pastime. Most modern versions of football are believed to have originated from England in the twelfth century. The game became so popular in England that the kings of that time (Henry ... • 26. New Dannonpa V3 Game Analysis I created an album cover for the original soundtracks of the game: New DanganRonpa V3. An album which contains all the soundtracks used in the game. This is a mystery game based around high school students who are trapped in a school setting. In order to escape, students must murder each other and lie through a debate without getting caught by the rest. The design of this game is inspired by the infamous psychological horror film, Saw. The design is largely made up of a colour that s close to magenta. The reason being that magenta is used to represent the colour of blood in the game. There is also a hidden face within the texts. • 28. Genetic Disorders ( Genetic Disease Foundation ) Essay There are around 6,000 known genetic disorders (Genetic Disease Foundation). The symptoms of these disorders range from memory loss to blindness, physical abnormalities and more. A process known as gene editing was created in an attempt to do away with genetic disorders. Gene editing was named Science Magazine s Breakthrough of the Year 2015 due to its ease and high accessibility (ScienceDirect). It works by using CRISPR (Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats) and Cas9 to make changes in the genes of cells. Francisco Mojica discovered CRISPR in 1993 at the University of Alicante in Spain (Broad Institute). It works by adding, changing or even removing DNA bases (Your Genome). Alexander Bolotin discovered Cas9 in 2005 at the French National Institute for Agricultural Research (Broad Institute). Cas9 is an enzyme that acts as a pair of molecular scissors that can cut two strands of DNA at a specific location in the genome so that bits of DNA can then be added or removed (YourGenome). The CRISPR Cas9 system has been used to correct genetic mutations and for replacing entire genes, opening up a world of possibilities for the treatment of genetic diseases (ScienceDirect). This makes CRISPR Cas9 a new and revolutionary technology with a wide range of potential applications, and almost everybody will be affected by gene editing in one way or another. The scientists currently working on making human gene editing a reality, is only one group of ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 29. Durkheim s Theories Of A Capitalist Society Many sociological theorists who were relevant over a century ago are also still applicable to today s society. Whilst parts of the theory and the context of the theories may have quite dated, some parts do still reign true. Some theories however, like Marx s ideas of a capitalist society, have become more influential in today s economic climate. Perspectives like Durkheim s theories of suicide, Marx s theories on Capitalism and changes to economic status, Weber s input on Capitalism and his influential work on Religion. The ideas this essay will be focusing upon are the iconic theories, that the previously mentioned sociologists are known for and showing how these theories have progressed through the time. Emile Durkheim is a prominent figure in Sociology, and is often referred to as one of the founding fathers of the subject, alongside Marx and Weber. This is due to his work on studying Suicide in his book Suicide: A Study in Sociology , this work was monumental in the field of Sociology as Durkheim was the first sociologist to suggest that society can affect what is probably the most private action a person can perform; ending their life. In his study he found that certain social groups where more likely to commit suicide than others; for example, Protestants were more likely to commit suicide than Catholics; as the Catholic Religion integrated its members more strongly into a religious community (Haralambos and Horlborn, 2000: 975). Plagiarism Is More Effective Than Just Punishing Students Later Draft Scott Jaschik discusses various situations of plagiarism in college in his article, Winning Hearts and Minds in War on Plagiarism, in order to argue that there are more efficient solutions to prevent plagiarism. Jaschik published this article in Inside Higher Ed, which is an online news source, that he cofounded, targeting first year English and college writing instructors. In the article, he explores different ways of preventing plagiarism and emphasizes the importance of academic integrity. Although there still was some unintentional plagiarizing, the open minded conversation between Hagopian and her students was more beneficial and effective for the students because it taught them the, difference between deliberate fraud and failed apprenticeship (Jaschik 262). This example strengthens Jaschik s idea by specifically illustrating how first year writing instructors being more open minded towards plagiarism can be more beneficial for the students. Jaschik also describes another example with Roy Stamper, an associate writing director, who followed an online student discussion board where students discussed how they felt about plagiarizing which led Stamper to discover that there was also a strong, intense reaction from other students much of it critical (263). Jaschik uses this to illustrate how his lurking online raised many questions and whether, an intense workload puts an emphasis for students on efficiency as opposed to quality (263 4). This example also strengthens Jaschik s argument in that it appeals to the first year writing instructors by giving insight on various students opinions on plagiarizing. This is effective to the instructors because it allows them to learn some reasons why students plagiarize, such as being overloaded and not having enough time. Saturated color helps to emphasize the boldness of his pictures. He also uses saturation to make parts of his picture more or less bold. Turner does this to make parts of the picture more apparent than others and this creates vanishing points. Vanishing points are apparent in all of Pete Turners photos. After saturating parts of the image and editing it with a digital palette, Turner is able to create vanishing points. Some of the vanishing points he creates a lot are not straight lines. For example, after he makes a blue and green that are next to each other bold, he then saturates the area where they meet and this makes the line blurred and appear not straight anymore. He has done this with people too. Turner makes Middleton ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
