A-Analyze learners
The Learners for this plan are English-speaking 11th grade students from a public high school,
with few students suffering from ADHD and one student with a behavioral disorder. These
students have completed one year of World History and one year of American History.
S-State Objective
The students will explain Effects: Short Term and Long Term of The Industrial Revolution by
watching a digital story that uses PowerPoint, listening to a podcast, look at before and after
images regarding the effects by the end of the day with 99.9% accuracy.
S-Select Media and Materials
PowerPoint, YouTube, Wimba Podcaster, Photoshop
U-Utilize Media and Materials
The video will be shown using YouTube and is created on Powerpoint.
The wimba podcaster will provide a podcast as a reference.
Photoshop will be used to combine before and after pictures.
R-Require Learner Participation
Students will participate in a discussion and as a class analyze the before and after pictures.
E-Evaluate and Revise
Students will have to adequately explain the why these places look the way they do after.
