This document lists and describes the various tools and lenses used in an eye examination trial case. It includes convex and concave lenses ranging from +0.12D to +20D in various steps, convex cylindrical lenses from +0.25D to +3.50D, filters, prisms, occluders, pinholes, trial frames, Maddox rods, retinoscope mirrors, and stenopic slits. These tools are used to fully examine patients and correctly diagnose and treat refractive errors and other eye conditions.
