A Cumulative Record card is that which
contains the results of different Assessment
and judgments held from time to time
during the course of study of a student.
 The cumulative record is a permanent record about the pupil
It is maintained up to date
It presents a complete picture about the educational progress
of the pupil his past achievements and present standing
It is comprehensive in the sense that it contains all
information about the pupil’s attendance, test,scores,health
etc.
In general the word questionnaire refers to a
device for securing answers To questions by
using a form which the respondent fills
himself.
 Practical
 Large amount of information can be collected from a
large number of people in a short period of time
 Can be analyzed more scientifically
 Quantitative data can be used to create new theories
 When data has quantified
 It argued to be inadequate to understand some forms of
information ie changes of emotions , behavior, feelings etc.
 Lacks validity
 People may read differently in to each question and there
fore replay based on their own interpretation of the
questionnaire what is good to some one may be poor to
some one else, there fore there is a level of subjectivity that
is not acknowledged.
Inventory
• Inventory is a type of psychological test in which a
person fills out a survey or questionnaire with or
with out the help of an investigator
• Inventories often ask direct questions about personal
interest values behaviors
• Inventories are different form test.in that there is no
objective correct answers.
