Death of a Salesman by Arthur Miller is interpreted differently by many people. In the critical review
titled Family Values in Death of a Salesman by Steve R. Centola, he characterizes Death of the
Salesman as am a modern tragedy. He draws more focus on the family core values and self exert. In
his analysis, he states that as the humans try to be competitive, they have dehumanized the American
dream and have turned it into an urban nightmare. He claims that the author simply tells a story of a
dying man who wants to justify the purpose of his life before he meets his death. He states that the
consequences of his choices are a challenge he has to overcome to attain what he needs. Centola
points out that through the realization of what Willy Loman values, it is easy to discover the reason for
the conflict between him and Biff. He refers to Death of a Salesman as a tragedy of a human struggle
that is rooted in the metaphysical and also based on the social and psychological concerns. He also
asserts that by discussing the values of Willy Loman, readers will be able to identify the reasons
behind Willy s agenda to perform suicide.
In his review, Steve appears to be more instructive on the way we approach the drama. In most of the
analysis he asserts the role of elaborating the scenes and giving a summary of what went on the
different acts. He also does criticize and uphold some of the decision which were taken by the author
of the story. Steve Upholds to the readers on the best areas and identifies different parts in the drama
that would be assessed.
He begins by highlighting the ways that Willy Loman views himself and how they ultimately affect
his life negatively. Willy often acts and dresses a creatin way to keep up this persona of a successful
business. However, when he looks into the mirror he sees a completely different image of himself.
Willys sees himself as a man who is very foolish to look at (1443), and he often tries to cover up his
insecurities by lying to himself and his family. He lies to cover up the fact that he is not happy with his

Sexual abuse is any uncontrolled sexual act in which a person is pressed or physically forced to
engage against their will, or any non consensual sexual touching of a person. A sex offender is a
person who has been convicted of certain sex crimes. A victim of a sexual crime is the subject of
unwanted sexual offenses. In order for sexual activity to be all right, both people must want it to
happen. When any person forces you to participate in any sexual act when you don t want to it is
sexual assault. Physical force is not always used to sexually assault a victim. Most victims are
assaulted by someone they know. Most offenders are male whether the victim is female or male. The
victims of sexual abuse can be males or females of any race, age, social class, appearance, or sexual

identify the concentration of citric acid and the concentration of sodium hydroxide in solutions of
unknown concentration. In order to discover the concentration of a solution, acid base titration must

is reacted entirely during titration due to stoichiometry located in the equation, and because the

How can sustainable agriculture be better for Americans compared to industrial agriculture?
Sustainable agriculture is the idea to agriculture that prioritize in fabricating food in a manner that
does not demean nature and does not threaten human or animal s health. Sustainable agriculture
provides high quality produce without diminishing resources and natural systems that productivity

chemical fertilizers. Soil is the most important element for agricultural ecosystems. Healthy soil
comes with beneficial microbes and insects. Unfortunately, these are often killed off by the abuse of

A Dollhouse is Henrik Ibsen s best known realistic problem play. It is about the debt a wife hides from
her husband, and the escalation of problems surrounding it occurring around Christmas. The play
shocked many viewers because it broke many cultural stigmas at the time. The names, symbols, and
dialogue all contribute to the overall impact of the play.
According to the article, Henrik Ibsen Biography, Ibsen was a playwright born in Skien, Norway as
the oldest of five siblings to Knud and Marichen Ibsen. At the age of 8, Ibsen s parents went bankrupt,
and moved the family ... to a rundown farm near town. At 15, Ibsen worked as an apprentice to a
pharmacist at an apothecary, and used his free time to write poetry and paint. Ibsen moved to
Christiania (later called Oslo), in 1850 where he was offered the job of writer and manager of the
Norwegian Theatre in Bergen. In 1862, Ibsen left Norway, and moved to Italy, and later Germany in
1868, where he wrote many realistic plays such as Peer Gynt and The Pillars of Society. He wrote his
most famous play, A Dollhouse, in Germany in 1879. After moving back to Norway in 1891, Ibsen
wrote more self reflective plays such as The Master Builder and When We Dead Awaken. After having

Summer Vacations
A success of a student relies on a the time spent in school. Anaheim high school students need to have
longer hours in school to study for and get all the help they need and to make that happen there needs
to be less summer vacation my argument is that KIPP students are smart and well educated because
they have long hours of school and study for approximately 2 hours and read and listen to music for

longer summer schools had a had low test scores and for those students who had less summer
vacations and they had better test scores which is pretty impressive. Studying a lot and putting a lot of
time in something would make it easier for your brain to function faster because you re constantly
