(I) Currently working in Eversendai Offshore RMC from May 2015 till date in
Ras Al Khaimah (RAK Maritime City Free Zone).
HR Administrator / Coordinator from July 2016 till Date.
 Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking
application forms, short-listing, interviewing and selecting right candidates.
 Responsible for MIS reports pertaining to recruitments.

Job Responsibilities & Description.
HR.
 I M Responsible for all human resource activities which include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits,
training and development.
 Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding
applicant's qualifications.
 Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, and other recruitment sources.
 Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems.
 Administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and insurance carriers.
 Recommend, develop and maintain human resource data bases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
Admin:
 Maintain all personnel profiles of all employee excluding the managers & regularly update the same.
 To keep a track on the parking cards of the driver & update it according in the HR Software.
 To scan all documents relevant of the employee for our records like resume, photographs, Id’s, driving license etc.
 Take annual leave of all employees. If any leave availed by the employee inform the immediate manager regarding the
same as well as the receptionist of the particular office.
 Monitor medical insurance issuing and cancelled of card. Co-ordinate with accounts department.
 Ordering stationery & other required item purchase centre & monitor the same & maintenance of the office.

Repairing). Worked as an H.R. Executive in Hamriya Free Zone (Sharjah) from
01/08/2006 till 21/07/2008.
