 Spearheading the accounts payable section including timely payment and settlement of Bank Loan Interest,
Government Statuary Payments, Vendors Payment, etc.
 Spearheading the Auditing Processes; developing audit programmes, determining the scope & extent of
audit work and finalising audit reports; dealing with External and Internal Auditors.
 Leading a team of professionals for providing accounting services, including preparation of Books of
Accounts, Trial Balance, and maintenance of Statutory Registers and Records.
 Preparing tax plans; ensuring timely assessment and filing of direct & indirect tax returns including Sales
Tax, Service Tax, Fringe Benefit Tax and TDS Returns.
 Overseeing all excise matters of the company and liaising with excise authorities.
