The survey analyzed responses from 32 people to gather information about audience preferences for a music video. Most respondents were female aged 13-17 who listen to pop and rock music multiple times per day. They preferred narratives and performances in music videos and cited reasons like showing an artist's personality or connecting the visuals and lyrics. Respondents said they would be attracted to a video by familiar artists and smart artistic connections between the video and song. For a rock video, they expected dark themes, black clothing, and storylines with relatable characters from minority groups.
