The study examines the impact of aggregate packing on the properties of high performance self-consolidating mortar (SCM) systems, using five different sand gradings to optimize packing density. Results indicate that the maximum packing density occurs at a distribution modulus of 0.35, leading to enhanced flow and strength in SCM formulations. This research contributes to understanding particle packing optimization in cementitious materials, aiming for durable and economical SCM systems.
