This paper explores the use of phosphogypsum, a waste by-product from the fertilizer industry, as an admixture in self-compacting concrete (SCC) to determine suitable mix proportions for various grades. Investigations were conducted by replacing cement with different percentages of phosphogypsum, along with varying amounts of super-plasticizer and viscosity modifying agents, followed by strength testing of the mixes. The research recommends optimal mix proportions for M40, M25, and M15 grades of SCC that incorporate phosphogypsum.
