This role requires someone who is highly organized, excellent at stakeholder management, and performs well under pressure. As a construction manager, the responsibilities will include ensuring project contracts meet obligations, checking shop drawings, providing updates, reviewing changes, implementing quality control, monitoring staff/subcontractor performance and schedules, evaluating materials, conducting site inspections, and checking execution methods. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience as a construction manager for industrial buildings, an engineering degree, skills in reviewing documents, structures, and construction supervision using software like AutoCAD and structural analysis programs. They must also have an energetic appearance and good physical/mental health.

management and thrives under pressure. This is a busy, fast paced role and will also
have the exposure to get involved with all Departements/Division across project site
and HO Office.
Responsibility :
1 . Stage of Pre- Implementation
 Ensure project contract meet obligations (schedule, working methods, performance bonds,
labor insurance, Safety-K3 )
2 . Stage of the project
 Checking the shop drawings submitted by the Owner/Representative Consultant
 Providing update informations to the Head Office/Owner/Representative Consultant at all
time
 Reviewing the impact of changes to aspects of the Quality Work, Time and Scope
 Implement quality control of building projects at the stage of implementation and post-
implementation of the building construction (finishing) before delivery to Owner/
Representative Consultant
 Monitoring all Staff/Sub-contractor's performance
 Monitoring the implementation of the schedule
 Evaluating Material Approval, in accordance with the drawings and material specifications
 Conducting Site Inspection of the work of all Staff/Sub-contractor's at field
 Checking method of execution received from all Staff/Sub-contractor's
Skill Required :
 Min. Of S1 Civil Engineering (S2-Civil Engr would prefer)
 Min. of 10 years as Construction Manager on the project Industrial Construction
Buildings
 Understanding images, documents, and civil works/structures
 Skills review images, computer (Autocad) , structural analysis (ETABS, SAP2000)
supervision of civil works/project structure, POAC
 Excellent attitude and work culture Views
 Age between 35-45 yrs, energetic appearance, physical and spiritual health
