Prior to joining M.C. Dean, Inc., Mr. Giampapa worked for Singleton Electric Company. The
company employed him as an Electrician from November 2008 to August 2009.
Mr. Giamapapa briefly worked for Precision Electric from October 2008 to November 2008.
The company employed him as an Electrician.
From December 2000 to September 2008, Mr. Giampapa was a Job Superintendent/Foreman
for Truland Systems. He supervised and completed scopes of work including electrical,
communications, and fire alarm. He also installed low voltage systems for climate control
integration with building automation control systems. He reviewed contracts, developed
schedules for budgeting labor and material, reviewed job specifications to identify scope of
work to be performed, as well as drawings of all trades to ensure any conflicts were identified
and resolved before time of installation. In addition, Mr. Giampapa was responsible for
monitoring production of sub-foreman, subcontractors, and individuals to set priorities. He
also coordinated work efforts within the company and other trades with electrical components,
insured all work installed met local and national electric code, identified job hazards and
notified appropriate parties to ensure safety. He gathered and submitted material information
for approval to meet required job specifications, coordinated and analyzed the purchase of
major material to maximize the cost savings through bulk purchases, and tracked the orders to
ensure on-time delivery. His responsibilities also included generating and identifying all
necessary RFIs in order to insure the work was completed correctly and without conflict,
developing schedules during all stages of construction, creating innovative solutions through
labor, materials and methods to deliver to superior service within the work schedule. He
identified percentage of completion throughout job duration to accurately request monthly
billing and ensure a positive cash flow. He also performed Quality Control and start-
up/commissioning duties and completed all related documentation to meet job specifications
and was responsible for estimating change orders. His project experience with Truland
