• Replaced all concrete foundations by steel piles or using Cellular concrete, Cematrix
for the field fabricated tanks foundations where possible, reducing costs by 6 to 8
$MM and months of time to build on site by 4 months.
• Improved the safety performances by coordinating and providing good access for all
the workers from Contractors on site.
• Provided permanent walkways on top of the pipe racks in order to help the electricians
to pull cables at site: costs savings: 3 to 4 $MM reducing by 3 months the time to
perform that work.
• Performed all 3D and model reviews with the Engineering and Procurement
contractors to be successful with all Projects.
• Prepared and completed the detailed scope of work for all Construction contracts
.perform all negotiations with the site Contractors to award the appropriate Contracts,
helping the Contractor Administration teams.
• Performed all scheduling and estimation support requirements necessary to ensure
Project success.
