1. Introduction
During my contract at Enbridge I was responsible for the execution of over 40 pump
stations in the Enbridge Canadian System. Coordinating the on site execution of pump
station construction and ensuring that the project are completed safely, under budget and
within the required standards and regulations.
Details
Responsible to ensure that all work performed by the contractor has been done in a safe,
environmentally acceptable fashion in accordance to the design and to the highest quality.
Responsible to control all the movements of the field staff and schedule inspection to
maintain required installation quality. Ensure that the level of workmanship was maintained
by contractors during the projects in order to meet Company Standards and all Regulatory
requirements.
Responsible to chair meetings that report progress of assigned projects. Identify any and
all issues on the project and identify any risks to the projects that may exists. Create plans
to manage all issues and risks. Managed contractor schedule and communicated any
slippage proactively. Ensured that site quality documents have been timely managed and
that they are accurate.
Managed employment contracts for field staff. Responsible to set field staff budgets and
maintain the budget during the construction period.
Reviewed construction contracts and insured that the contract were executed as per the all
the documents, agreements, drawings, specifications and regulation.
Responsible for developing training programs and execution procedures for the the
surveillance of site work such as, Daily Reporting Hyrotesting, Torquing, NDE ect.
Coaching and Mentoring programs were developed to ensure that all inspection staff
were knowledgable of the requirements of the projects.

2. Liaison with project stakeholder and coordinated requirements therein. Ensured that
stakeholder needs were communicated to the field and actioned as required,
Performed performance evaluations of site inspectors and construction contractors and
culture an environment to enhance performance and growth.
Conclusion
All projects were completed on time and under budget. The Safety performance during
these very good and the we took great steps to ensure that the Environment was
protected. Quality was a priority and a high level of surveillance was applied to ensure
that the work was completed to the highest quality standards.
