 Review MEP Construction Drawings and Develop Shop Drawings as per Standards and
specification.
 Quantity Surveying of the Materials Involved in the Projects and Prepare the BOQ.
 Negotiation with the Material Suppliers and Material Finalization as per Specifications
Provided by the Consultants.
 Assist the Project Manager in keeping Progression up-to-date and advice on the Monthly
Progress of the Project.
 Attending Progress Meetings and Co-ordination with Sub Contractors, Consultants and
Clients.
 Preparation of Material Submission for Consultants and Responsible for Materials Approved

specification.
 Preparing and Submitting Request for Inspection (RFI’s), Material Inspection Requests
(MIR) for HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing works.
 Responsible for Preparing Variations to the Contract and getting them Approved by the
Client.
 Plan Labor Requirements based on the Construction Program and provide requirements to
the operation manager
 Rectify and complete snags prior to final handover.
 Preparation of As-Built Drawings & Operation and Maintenance Manual of the MEP Services.
 Responsible for the checking the quality of material on sites to meet standards
