The primary responsibilities in this position are to analyze and compare BID-PACKAGES, perform quantity surveys and compile estimates. Qualified candidates will have : o Proven understanding of all construction divisions and SNI Codes o Experience with multi construction project. o Experience in conceptual estimating o Proven ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and change directions easily o Ability to write detailed bid packages and subcontractor scopes o Ability to accurately analyze material and labor costs o Ability to pre-qualify subcontractors o Ability to accommodate a typical work hour requirements o Ability to create preliminary estimates from cost history and cost escalation percentages o Ability to coordinate with Owner and Design team during Pre-Construction o Ability to build a comprehensive, detailed estimate including general condition requirements and all costs from initial site costs through certificate of occupancy o Strong communication and negotiation skills o Experience assembling a comprehensive estimate – read and interpret plans, perform accurate, detailed quantity takeoffs, and source qualified subcontractors o Proven ability to read, interpret and efficiently respond to and bid documents o Ability to analyze subcontractor bids and scopes for accuracy, materials, manpower, schedule compliance and constructability o Generate current unit prices in all divisions to assist Operations in approving subcontractor change orders and to assist Estimating for generating preliminary budgets for clients o Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to react quickly to client requests and conflicting priorities o Track record of strong relationships with Main Contractors / Subcontractors in Jabodatabek Areas or Outside
Requirements :
o S1/DIP-III Civil Engineer (Bachelor of Civil Engineering or other related field of study)
o MALE / FEMALE (age 30-35 years)
o Minimum 5 years of related experience in the planning of large scale projects.
o Industrial Construction project experience is an added advantage.
o Experienced in using Microsoft Project, Primavera or other related software.
o Good command of spoken and written English
o Able to travel as required (25% travelling to Site), Head Office based.
