SM (Site Manager - Steel Civil Structure)

1. REQUIREMENT : 2-Candidates (min. 40-45 Years old)
POSITION
: SITE MANAGER (Civil Engineer S1, exp. 5-years)
PROJECT
: Industrial Construction Facilities (Steel-Civil Structure)
Responsibilities :











Assist the Project Manager in reviewing and developing the project master schedule
together with the Project Planner for the project detailed construction plan, and ensure it
complies with customer specifications, engineering deliverables and meet delivery dates.
Execute construction plan, monitor and initiate recovery measures when necessary to meet
contractual delivery date.
Manpower planning, requisite consumables, construction equipment, and arrange necessary
utilities at each stage of construction.
Optimize and maintain efficient usage of raw materials, consumables and construction
equipment. Monitor wastage of project materials. Ensure project surplus materials are
properly recorded and returned to Stores for their inventory.
Monitor production and supervise man-hour utilization and maintain cost control of
projection activities.
Ensure subcontractors work scope and changes are verified and properly recorded.
Coordinate with Operation Manager on fabrication yard layout space allocation and other
functional departments, discipline and sub-contractors to achieve targeted delivery and
quality.
Prepare weekly progress reports for the project as required by the Owner / Consultant
Ensure safety practices are carried out and supervise weekly toolbox meeting and
housekeeping.
Ensure project quality plan is carried out and in line with ISO9001 Quality Management
System.
Carry out any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements :





Degree in Civil Engineering discipline (S1-Civil Engineer)
At least 5 years’ of fabrication experience with at least 3 years at senior supervisory position
in Steel Structure-Civil Constructions Building Facilities (workshop, warehouse,
accomodation, ect)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong Leadership skills and project management knowledge
Organized, systematic and a Team Player
