PT Irawan Prima Utama is seeking candidates for the position of workshop manager. The ideal candidate must be male, under 45 years old, have strong leadership skills and an engineering degree. They must also have experience in civil and steel structure construction projects. Key responsibilities include overseeing workshop operations, maintaining health and safety standards, and liaising with head office and project sites. Essential Qualifications
 Male (max. 45-years)
 Strong in Leadership
 Excellent Knowledge in Civil & Steel Structure Buildings
 Engineering qualification, min. of S1-Civil Engineer or equivalent
 High standard of numeracy, literacy and verbal communication
 IT literacy including :
- Fleet / database systems
- Auto Cad, ETABS
- MS Word, MS Excel
 Driving Licence
Main Purpose of the job
 Overall responsibility for efficient operational of the workshop including cost control,
maintenance standards, Health and Safety, security and effective manpower planning.
 To ensure that you and your team work in a cohesive manner in order to achieve
requirements of internal and external materials supply, including servicing,
maintenance and breakdown requirements within the planned costs.
 Liaise closely with the Head Office and Site Offices (Projects) activity and for
administration support (Reports/papers work as well, daily-weekly-monthly)
 Ensure safety standards are implemented and followed to ensure full compliance to
legislation and to the clients health and safety and environmental policies
 Provide management, support and guidance to the Workshop Staff in order that they
perform to the desired standards, and in line with company targets and personal
objectives
