Am dedicat anul 2023 Educației pentru mediu.
A fost și primul an în care în școlile din România s-a desfășurat Săptămâna Verde.
Am pregătit materiale educaționale interactive și non-formale și le-am oferit profesorilor pentru a-i susține în pregătirea lecțiilor despre mediu.
Colegii noștri experți educaționali au organizat webinarii pentru profesori, astfel încât organizarea Săptămânii Verzi să fie cât mai ușoară pentru ei și cu impact educational cât mai mare pentru copii.
Proprietatea a fost achiziționată de Viitor Plus în iulie 2023 cu scopul de a construi un centru de educație în natură, pentru natură.
Pregătim acest spațiu pentru beneficiari săi prin diversificarea speciilor de arbori, pomi fructiferi, arbuști, legume și
plante, prin instalarea de panouri fotovoltaice, realizarea de compost, legumicultura ecologică demonstrativă,
amenajarea șurii într-un spațiu de activități educaționale, spații de joacă din materiale naturale.
Proprietatea este situată in Podișul Hârtibaciului, sat Vurpăr, județul Sibiu la granița sitului Natura 2000 cu același
nume, arie specială de protecție a păsărilor și este compusă din:
o casă, o șură ce necesită renovare, o gradină cu livadă de 3.600mp.
2022 a fost un an special în Viitor Plus!🍀
Am reușit să depășim două praguri de care suntem tare mândri și la care în urmă cu câțiva ani am fi putut doar să visăm:
🟡Primul milion de kilograme de materiale colectate pentru reciclare (în special hârtie) cu Recicleta
🟡Primul milion de puieți plantați pe terenuri degradate în Adoptă un Copac, rezultate obținute de la lansarea programelor.
A fost un an de milioane pentru Viitor Plus, un an care a încununat munca depusă în mult timp și care ne-a dat energie să continuăm cu aceeași dăruire și în 2023.

2021 a insemnat pentru Viitor Plus al 15-lea an de existenta.
15 ani de incercari si reusite. 15 ani de lucru neincetat in domeniul sustenabilitatii si responsabilitatii.
Fara fiecare dintre colegi, parteneri si sponsori actuali, sau cei care au trecut prin organizatie, nu am fi putut ajunge la rezultatele remarcabile pe care le-am inregistrat in acesti ani!
Iti multumim ca ne-ai fost alaturi!
Iata, pe scurt, rezultatele noastre din 2021:
200.000 de puieti plantati de catre Adopta un Copac;
81.000 de produse realizate de Atelierul de Panza;
113.000 de kilograme de materiale reciclabile colectate de Recicleta;
200.000 de utilizatori unici pe platforma online Harta Reciclarii;
38.330 de elevi si profesori educati in protectia mediului de catre Eco Provocarea.

Anul provocărilor, 2020, a fost unul de creștere pentru programele și proiectele ViitorPlus. Mulțumim întregii echipe pentru dedicarea ei și tuturor susținătorilor noștri, persoane fizice și juridice.

Un ingredient cheie pentru a realiza o schimbare, de orice fel ar fi ea, este existența unei viziuni. O viziune despre cum ar putea arăta viitorul nostru și al planetei, o viziune despre potențialul pe care îl putem atinge și despre care sunt acele direcții sau priorități care ne dau energie și care ne inspiră.
Puteti vedea în acest raport anual cum proiectele ViitorPlus susțin prioritățile Națiunilor Unite cu privire la dezvoltarea durabilă definite în 2015 (“Sustainable Development Goals”), care ne ajută să transformăm într-o direcție pozitivă lumea în care trăim.
În același timp avem nevoie de soluții locale, nu doar de o viziune globală. Aici ViitorPlus continuă să demonstreze o bogată creativitate în abordarea problemelor de mediu din România, prin idei care își dovedesc rezistența în fața testului timpului. Vorbim de proiecte precum “Recicleta” sau “Atelierul de
Pânză”, […] “Adoptă un copac!”, “Ecoprovocarea”, […] “Harta Reciclării”, “Biroul Eco” sau “Bigăr – Amenajare eco-turistică”.
O viziune îndrăzneață, soluții locale, idei creative și diverse, dezvoltarea de parteneriate și alianțe, încurajarea inițiativei și a implicării, educația nonformală – acestea sunt doar câteva din aspectele ce caracterizează munca pe care întreaga echipă ViitorPlus o realizează zi de zi, an de an.

Acest document prezinta principalele proiecte, programe si activitati derulate de ViitorPlus - asociatia pentru dezvoltare durabila in anul 2017. Sub umbrela ViitorPlus s-au plantat in ultimii 10 ani, 60 de hectare de padure, cu participarea a peste 10.000 de voluntari. În ViitorPlus ne-am pus la treabă de când am înființat asociația. Educația pentru mediu și dezvoltare durabilă au fost atât o preocupare transversală în toate activitățile realizate, cât și un demers distinct concretizat în proiecte dedicate. Tema raportului anual 2014 este educația pentru că a fost nevoie de timp să punem câteva baze și să putem arăta rezultatele.

* 45% dintre companiile respondente au utilizat până acum varianta achiziției de produse de la unitățile protejate în locul plății fondului de handicap către stat
* 54% dintre companii au direcționat fonduri pe baza legii sponsorizării către sectorul non-guvernamental în 2014
* Doar 9,48% dintre persoanele adulte cu handicap din România sunt active pe piaţa muncii, în comparaţie cu 45.8% din UE
“Pădurea copiilor” este un proiect al ViitorPlus – asociația pentru dezvoltare durabilă care are ca scop împădurirea terenurilor degradate din sudul României și care își propune să planteze și să îngrijească câte un puiet pentru fiecare nou-născut din ţara noastră. Poti sustine impaduririle prin completarea unui contract de sponsorizare.
Acesta este un material conceput de tineri pentru tineri, in scopul de a-i informa si educa cu privire la ce inseamna a duce o viata cat mai echilibrata la varsta lor si la cum pot obtine un fizic si un psihic cat mai sanatos.
Mai precis, materialul cuprinde 5 capitole despre ce inseamna ca tinerii sa aiba un stil de viata sanatos, despre ce inseamna sanatos in comportamentele de alimentatie, sport, echilibru emotional si bioritm, care sunt comportamentele nesanatoase pe care trebuie sa le evite sau sa le practice cu moderatie, despre cum pot face ei o diferenta daca sunt un exemplu de viata sanatoasa pentru ceilalti.
Ghidul a luat nastere in cadrul proiectului educational “Dezbaterea tinerilor pentru o viata sanatoasa” organizat de ViitorPlus - asociatia pentru dezvoltare durabila, finantat de Uniunea Europeana, prin programul Tineret in Actiune si sponsorizat de TenarisSilcotub.

Teia Gavrilescu, Presedinte VIitorPlus: "Acum aproape 10 ani, am luat prima data contact cu tema complexa a schimbarilor climatice. Eram in Amsterdam, la primul meu loc de munca, intr-o corporaţie, si ma ocupam tocmai de partea de documentare a acestei teme, in contextul in care se analizau variantele pentru a deveni „neutri in carbon”, la nivel internaţional. Zi de zi, am citit studii oficiale, legislaţie, studii de caz, documente Stiinţifice, am participat la conferinţe, dezbateri, dezvoltari de strategii in acest domeniu. Trecuse un an si eram complesita de cantitatea de informaţii si de gravitatea lor pentru umanitate, pe termen scurt si mai ales lung. Era aproape dureros sa vezi, pe de-o parte, ritmul alert cu care cresteau, in fiecare an, cantitaţile de CO2 si alte gaze cu efect de sera din atmosfera si, pe partea cealalta, ritmul lent in care societatea noastra raspundea cu soluţii politice si practice. ViitorPlus a luat fiinţa tocmai din aceasta dorinţa de a contribui, in mod practic, in viaţa noastra cotidiana de indivizi, comunitaţi sau organizaţii, la transformarea societaţii actuale intr-una armonioasa, durabila. Schimbarile climatice reprezinta una dintre cele mai importante provocari pe care le infruntam ca umanitate si unde e nevoie de fiecare dintre noi. ACUM. Am dedicat anul 2012 tragerii unui semnal de alarma in aceasta direcţie dar mai ales evidenţierii soluţiilor practice integrate in proiectele noastre: de la educaţie la reciclare, impaduriri, utilizare de energie regenerabila, prin care am reusit pana in prezent sa evitam emisia a peste 6800 tone CO2 in atmosfera. O stare de spirit si acţiune de care va fi nevoie mult timp de acum incolo."

Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.

Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.
Dr. William Harvey is a seasoned Operations Leader with extensive experience in chemical processing, manufacturing, and operations management. At Michelman, he currently oversees multiple sites, leading teams in strategic planning and coaching/practicing continuous improvement. William is set to start his eighth year of teaching at the University of Cincinnati where he teaches marketing, finance, and management. William holds various certifications in change management, quality, leadership, operational excellence, team building, and DiSC, among others.
