PROJECT ON ANALYSIS OF BILLING IMPROVEMENT IN ONE OF THE SUPER
SPECIALITY HOSPITAL
 The project involved a two way analysis also which talk about improvement in billing and
helping recovery and other related departments. We tried to find out the lapses between
billing and recovery
 The project also involves cutting down discharge timings
RESPONSIBILITIES
 Conducted training programmes to smoothen the process
 Prepared templates for discharge process/procedures and introduced Verification process
through BPMS Software(SQL DATABASE-Backend, VB-Frontend).
 The Analysis run over a period of 3 months was focused towards the implementation as well
as the usage of the BPMS Software developed specifically for the Super speciality Hospital.
The Analysis involved extensive study and data collection in collaboration with the operating
and the Information and Technology Department, the Outcomes were recorded and helped
to organise the finding for better and smooth operations and to avoid delays of any kind.

 Prepared a Research Project Report on the Import policy and procedure of one of the
super specialty hospital
 Examined the Import Procedure to improve efficiency of the management.
