Construction industry since January 2015 to Till Date.
2. HR Officer in Orbit, Tamil Nadu, India, which is Engineering and Fabrication Industry since
November 2012 to December 2014
3. HR Executive in First Source Solutions Pvt.Ltd., Tamil Nadu, India which is BPO Industry (Vodafone
Process) Since February 2012 to November 2012
4. Management Trainee in EICS Group of Companies, West Bengal,India which is a Engineering
Industry since May 2011 to January 2012.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Prepares and ensures the clarity and precision of the payroll administration and Settlements Process.
 Regularly review the HR Standards and connecting with a HR Experts to guarantee the compensation
practices and other statutory are in compliance with current legislation.
 Provide human resources operations of the entire business such as recruitment, training and development,
compensation and benefits and employee relations.
 Collaborate with HR management and team members to evaluate, develop and implement personnel
policies, procedures, and new approaches to effect continual improvement of services provided.
 Supervise and Manage HR team in supporting the day to day operations of the human resources
department.
 Arrange training courses and awareness programs to meet training needs to enhance and to make assured
employees to be trained
 Carryout the entire life cycle of recruitments like identifying manpower requirement, sourcing, selection
process, conduct of examinations and interviews.
 Plan and participate in job fairs, campus recruiting, and sourcing organizations that provides qualified
candidates.
 Initiate and manage relationships with outside employment/recruiting agencies and other sourcing
organizations to secure qualified candidates from India, Pakistan, Nepal and Philippines.
 Collaborate with HR Manager to leads and manage the performance management process effectively.
 Consult with managers on employees issues affecting morale, performance and development, help to
determine root causes and recommend appropriate next steps.
 Ensuring the resolution of employee grievances, solving disputes, resolving conflicts, and applying
corrective actions as per the adopted policies and procedures, to maintain a healthy work environment that
facilitates high performance.
 Having good and Positive relationship with the employees to convince and to promote employee
satisfaction.
 Gained sound knowledge and well versed with Saudi Labor laws.
