Administration:
- Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures,
and policies, and monitoring administrative projects
- Maintains workflow by implementing cost reductions; and developing
reporting procedures
- Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports,
analyzing data, and identifying solutions
- Inventory control, prepare Purchase Orders, issue invoices, track down
payments, and maintain petty cash.And prepare petty cash listings
- Manage Large Events and Workshops in consultation with the Programs
team. Arrangements of birthdays and other occasions in team
- Manage Intra and Inter -state level booking for flights/Train and taxis for our
guests and taking care of accommodation for our guests and clients
- Negotiate and coordinating with companies regarding the corporate
discounts. Placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of
supplies. Managing conference /meeting /Workshops under the budget.
Providing all necessary things under one roof
- Keeping records of library books, ordering books as per request, doing
formalities as per policy. Purchasing of necessary books for office library
- Purchasing of adequate stationery in Office and maintain all records for this
- Maintain Attendance record of Office boys and kitchen lady and send them to
Housekeeping vendor for processing their benefits and monthly salaries. Give
Proper guidance and information to Housekeeping staff for their PF and ESI.
HR:
- Attendance and leave management
- Employee data Management
- Maintained the personnel records of employees
- Manage recruitment needs for the organization including activities like phone
screening short-listing candidates, scheduling interviews, taking feedback,
discussing suitability of the candidate etc.
- Managing the administrative needs of the site and co-coordinating with Head
Office in Bangalore for all HR related matters
- Supporting Managers in other HR functions
- Composes and prepares various formal written documents
