This article summarizes a mini-action research tutoring project that aimed to help a high school student improve his organizational, time management, and study skills. Over the course of 6 tutoring sessions, the student was introduced to various assessment rubrics, planning tools, and organizational strategies. Data was collected at the start and end of each session to measure the student's progress. By the final session, the student showed significant improvements in organizing his schoolwork, planning assignments, and managing his time. The tutoring sessions helped raise the student's confidence and academic performance.
