people who join for THEIR REASONS! The rest are a waste of time, energy and effort!

#4 You cannot say the wrong thing to the right person. The
stronger your mindsets and skills sets grow, the better
your recruiting ratio’s will be.
#5 Smart recruiters listen more than they talk and qualify
people.
I Believe that the “Right People” will find this
company and the wrong ones that land here,
won’t stay long.
