Project Quality Management involves creating policies and procedures to ensure a project meets the customer's needs. It includes three key processes: 1) Plan Quality - Define what quality means for the project and how it will be ensured. This includes developing a quality management plan. 2) Perform Quality Assurance - Check that the project is following the quality standards, including performing quality audits. 3) Perform Quality Control - Verify the project is meeting the quality standards by inspecting deliverables and performing tests. Quality control uses various tools like control charts, checklists, and sampling to measure and control quality.
