solitude to live after our own; but the great man is he who in the midst of the crowd keeps with perfect
sweetness the independence of solitude. (Emerson 1) Being one s self in today s society is increasingly
difficult every year and can have a major effect on the mental state of teenagers. It is easy to follow
the pack, but then one is just a faceless person marching in with the crowd with no true purpose; true
strength is in those who try to be themselves in the face of society. Many teens struggle with their
identities and can turn to self harm or even suicide to relieve their pain, yet not enough effort goes into
trying to help these struggling teens. In fact in a recent study done for Curing the illness: suicide
prevention , professor John Wensly states that Suicide rates are increasing alarmingly. Every year we

Anyone who has spent time with or around children will notice that each one has a special personality
all of their own. Children, like adults, have different traits that make up their personalities. Experts
have researched this phenomenon in detail and classified children into different categories. Some
experts have named more than three categories, but Peter L. Manigone has chosen three that most
experts agree with. These categories have been named flexible, fearful, and feisty. Children generally
may have similar interests, but the way they interact and deal with these interests displays their
personality type.
The first personality type is called flexible. This is the most common of the three types. About 40
percent of all children fall into the flexible or easy group (Mangione). These children usually handle
feelings of anger and disappointment by reacting mildly upset. This does not mean that they do not

globe is affected in some way or another. For us here in San Diego, California, in the Western
Hemisphere, on the west coast, United States, North America, that impact is felt mostly with rising sea

According to Mueller (2005), the FBI did not have complete set of system requirements when the

Secondly, the FBI had no Enterprise Architecture (EA) in place to assist them in making effective
decisions about IT projects. This shortage lead to the SAIC developers having no formal
documentation of how the FBI s IT structure and systems are mapped to its processes to guide them
during the development of the VCF system. Also SAIC was awarded a contract that did not have a
defined project schedule and milestones.
