This document discusses Opalis & Service Manager additions to Microsoft's Server Management Suites. It notes that Opalis will be licensed via grants for new and existing SMSE & SMSD licenses. Service Manager will be a new component of SMSE/SMSD. Upcoming additions in 2010 include integrating some System Center products with Opalis capabilities for automated IT process, virtual machine lifecycle management, and configuration management across platforms.
