Non-verbal communication involves sending and receiving messages through gestures, body language, facial expressions, use of space, time management, color, and paralanguage. It accounts for 55% of communication according to Mehrabian's model. There are several types of non-verbal communication including kinesics (body movements), proxemics (use of space), haptics (touch), chronemics (time), chromatics (color), and paralanguage (voice cues). Non-verbal communication is important as it provides feedback, helps manage conflicts, and can communicate messages that verbal language cannot.

13. CHRONEMICS Time or chronemics can be used very differently with respect to individuals and cultures. Time perceptions includes punctuality, willingness to wait and interactions. Time affects lifestyles, daily agendas, speed of speech and movements, how long people are willing to listen, etc. It is the science that deals with the perception of time. It is very important parameters from a business perspective.

14. CHROMATIC It is the use of colour to communicate. Time is immemorial that colour has been used symbolically in different cultures. Such as white is associated with peace and Purple is associated with royalty.
