Ask participants to go in pairs. Each pair is to make a list of answers to the question. 10 mins. After 10 mins, use flip chart to list down answers drawn from the pairs, while sorting out common answers. Show next chart only when everybody has shared.
Show chart first and let everyone read. Cite common answers. Highlight those that were not mentioned. Give specific examples of objectives, on certain areas. These are the standard objectives of Unilever field salespeople, upon which performance will be measured.
