The term management refers to the personnel in an
organization who have the right and responsibility to make
decisions and run the enterprise efficiently with in the policies
defined in this way – “Board of Directors”, “Council” or “Board
of Governors” etc.
The function or activity of managing resources, tasks and
other persons in order to achieve the defined objectives.
Management also refers to human activities related to
planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, communicating
