This document provides examples of good and poor instructional materials for participants in a training course on designing and delivering successful training programs. Participants will work in groups to evaluate printed materials and note their good and bad design aspects. They will then briefly discuss each material while the instructor presents them using a projector.

• The following material are to be printed by the instructor and provided to each group to evaluate. • Participants take notes on the good and bad aspects of the design of each instructional material. • After participants work in groups for 10-15 minutes, they discuss briefly on each instructional material, while the instructor presents each material using the projector. 5 Note to Instructor:
