Responsibility:-
• Managing Credit team, TAT, Deviation appraisal of all proposals of Retail Products i.e.
New & Used Car, 2 whlr, 3whlr,LPL etc.
• Past also handle PAN India New Car Loans Credit as Team Leader.
• Ensuring completeness of the documentation, compliance with RBI & Company norms
and other regulatory authority and internal directives such as KYC Norms.
• Conducting trainings for our Credit Admin and Sales Force to ensure quality of files
sourced, reliable and smooth verification of applicants and maintaining turnaround time
for each application.
• Responsible for quality of portfolio, Non Starters & NPA Customers. Analysis of
Sourcing, Rejection analysis etc. Help collection team to solving them
• Appointment of New F.I. agencies, follow up of Bill payments, their process, TAT, Frauds,

• Managing appraisal of all proposals of Retail loans i.e. Tractor (New & Used), Harvester, Cars,
Genset, SCV & LCV Products of North India.
• Interacting with sales manager, branches and credit managers for smooth process.
• Responsible for pre and post sanction credit risk compliance, quality of portfolio, Non Starters &
NPA Customers & help collection team to solving them.
• Credit appraisal and end to end handling i.e. Personal discussion with customer, Trade reference
check, loan appraisal and disbursement
• Conducting trainings for our Relationship Officer to ensure quality of files sourced, reliable and
smooth verification of applicants and maintaining turnaround time for each application.
