 Main idea of shifting me to Delhi NCR was to streamline Operations, to recover outstanding
and streamline payment process and vendor management.
 Overall responsible for car hire sales, operations & vendor management.
 Accountable for maintaining the budgets.
 Responsible for business development for Delhi NCR & selected Pan India region also to
ensure maximize profitability and minimize operating cost.
 Responsible for handling high profile Client Desk and large corporate accounts single handed
 Submit monthly sales plan, progress reports and annual sales & operations reports directly to
the Director and CEO.
 Responsible for establishing and directing the marketing and sales activities of the company.
This includes my own contribution to Sales.
 Formulating policies, exploring and monitoring market trends to identify fresh business
opportunities and developing new as well as existent markets.

handling without any compromise on the quality standards.
 Improve processes for the operations/reservations team. Also monitor daily activity of the car
desk which includes guest complaints, trouble shooting, deviations and productivity of the
cars.
 Manage human resource functions which include Hiring, Training and Performance reviews of
the operations staff as well as reservations staff.
 Organizing & imparting timely training to car desk and reservations team to improve their
efficiency and increase their moral.
