Manpower Planning: Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of
different functional & operational areas, providing manpower as per the changing
requirement.
Recruitment & Selection: Managing complete recruitment cycle for sourcing the best talent
diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements, induction of new entrants to
familiarize them with company culture, values, policies, processes and assist them in
understanding their roles and responsibilities.
Training and Development: Identifying the training needs for teams from different departments
in consultation with HODs.

Performance Management: Fixing KRA’s of employees as per the organization goals, mid- term

Industrial Relations: Maintaining congenial relations in the company among employees,
between employer, employees and workers. Grievance handling of various staff/workers
issues related to various HR Policies etc. Maintaining discipline & harmonious working
environment across all level of employees.
Contract Labour Management: Handling contract labour engagement as per requirement at the
various sites. Responsible for ensuring by contractors of maintenance various compliance
registers as per Labour Laws/Contract Labour (R&A) Act, like Labour registration, PF
deduction, Insurance and timely wage payment and also their grievances etc.
Compliances Pertaining to Contract Labour and Labour Laws: Ensuring for obtaining of labour
registration / license and timely its renewal. Monitoring and implementing all statutory
compliances registers and its Half/Yearly returns and its related issues.
Trade Union: Handling various unions and settlement.
Legal Compliances and Liaison with Govt. offices: Ensuring timely statutory compliance for PF,
ALC, Labour Court, Administration, RTO, EWC etc.
Welfare Activities: Effectively managing Welfare measures such as Medi-claim, GPA insurance,
Employee’s birthday, Employee get together etc. to enhance motivation levels and
productivity. Responsible and handling of accident and insurance claim and working closely

Administration:::: Transportation, Controlling and managing transport facility to employees and

Facilitate 3rd party labour agency for sufficient labour supply with legal compliance.
Canteen: Ensuring of providing good quality food to employees at reasonable cost, managing of
plant canteens and managing employee’s complaints and fulfill employees satisfied.
Event management:::: Various activities like sports, picnic, get together, birth day party, pooja
function, guest visit etc.
Responsible for monthly bills clearance from accounts deptt and vendor negotiation for
providing different type of services.

• Selection of 250 Engineers and Tradesman through walk-in and other sources.
