Corporate Office in Pune and responsible for end to end HR Operations for 7 locations, viz – Pune Corporate
Office, Solapur – Mandrup, & Karajee, Hyderabad, Telangana – Zaheerabad, Govindpur, Mumbai. Employee

Managing End- to -End HR Functions for over 200 employees, which includes:
 Development & implementation of HR Strategies / Policies and Processes at Corporate Office, Branch
Office & Solar Power Plants.
 Recruitment of staff as per requirement up to Sr. General Manager Level. Also Mobilisation of
resources.
 Lead the Performance Management System & appraisal linked with Balance Scorecard.
