Working as Asst. Manager – HR with NSL Infratech Private Limited., from September 2011 to still
date
 The role would be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitments for Infra division. As a
generalist HR the role would also require to participate in Induction and employee relation
activities as well.
a) Understanding the manpower needs and ensuring accomplishment of the same
b) Sourcing and short listing of profiles.
c) Conduct Interviews for junior & mid level positions
d) Interview coordination, follow-up and feedback at senior level and special positions
e) Conduct and document payslip verification & reference check process.
f) Close offers and send letters on completion and verification of all documentation.
 Induction: Participate in handling the orientation and induction of new employees
 Leave Management
Track Leave Management, Payroll advise for LOP, inputs to payroll for Leave Encashment
 Payroll/ Compensation & Benefit
Process the entire payroll and maintain MIS and submit to the management on month basis
and administer all employee leave management, attendance etc.
 Statutory compliance
Dealing & Liaisoning with govt authorities like employee provident fund, employee
insurance
 MIS : Oversee maintenance of statistical records and metrics, using data to create reports
for submission to upper level management
 Performance Management system
Ensure all employees receive a formal appraisal of their performance with their immediate
manager fully document formal appraisals and other actions arising from the review
discussion. Submit the Performance appraisal Report to the CEO and get the approvals for
the increments and issue the increment letters.
 Employee Grievances
Handle employee grievances; skip Level Meetings, and feedback sessions.
 Exit Process
Relieving Formalities and full and final settlement
