 Wage settlement & Union management:
1) Assisted the Manger HR in long term settlement as a Management representative,
involved in various meetings with Union and documented the all necessary
correspondence in this regard.
2) Responsible to everyday base union correspondence and resolving the workers
grievances raised by the union leaders.
3) Actively participated in all union meetings/activities.
4) Handled effective grievance management system.
 CSR Activities:
1) Planted more than 500 saplings with tree guards in coordination with Green
army(NGO) in & around Dharwad area.
2) Involved in donation distribution programmes and other social activities with local
NGO’s.
 Recruitment & Selection:
1) Identifying Manpower requirement from all Divisional heads.
2) Responsible for Recruitment, Selection & short listing the candidates.

 Welfare & Liasioning :
1) Overall supervision of welfare activities of the employees, including Education loan
disbursement, Uniform, Shoes, verifying the bills of contractors for payment.etc

and Boilers, Local Labour Office, HDMC, Food Safety Department, Police Department,

Designation: Sr.HR Executive.
Total Man power:400-500 Reporting to: Manager-HR
Roles & Responsibilities:
 Selection & recruitment: Involved in screening the resumes from job portals and
finalizing the interview for the short listed candidates.
 Personal Records: Responsible for updating personal records of new joinees at the time
of Induction. Coordinating with Factory manager in issuing offer letters sending personal
details to corporate office.
 Training & Development: Coordinating all the training programmes at unit level,
finalizing the training topics & resource persons, documenting the training records and
updating the training evaluation forms from the trainees.
 Statutory compliances: Responsible for sending monthly ESI (online), PF & PT (online)
challans to the concern departments within said time. Other statutory reports as such
Water cess reports, DG reading etc.
 Union management: Involved in union meetings as a Management representative.
Handled all the correspondence with union leaders and external union leaders. Partially
involved in long term wage settlement.
 Payroll: As TMW (SAP Application) updating all the employees leave, OT and other
details in the SAP as the part of Time office function. Authorized SAP TMW for the unit.
 Contract Labor administration: Ensuring the contract labor salary & OT part including
man power planning of contract labors at various departments. Coordinating with other
departments for smooth flow of contract man power flow.
 House keeping & safety activities: Responsible for ensuring the PPE’s and safety

 Recruitment & Selection: Providing support in the Recruitment process for field staff in
conducting written tests, and personal interview. And responsible for issuing offer letters
and Performing joining formalities to the new hires. Also the part of Promotion tests to
the eligible candidates involved in conducting written test and Personal Interview, also
responsible for issuing Promotion letters. Issuing deployment letters viz. promotion,
transfer etc, also Conducting exit interviews, maintains attrition data and performing Full
and final settlement procedures for left employees.
 Pay Roll Process: Responsible to Manage Payroll (Salaries and Incentives processing) for
the branch staff as well as Regional Staff, Liable for incentive work which based on their

performance. Involved in Maintenance of attendance, leaves, staff database, and personal
files of all employees.
 Training & development: Involved in Training the staff on HR policies. Assist employees
in interpretation of various policies and HR procedures to ensure the implementation of

 Statutory & Non Statutory Compliances: Responsible to Maintain Statutory Labour

the PF declaration and NSSN forms including getting the ESI insurance numbers and
cards to the concern employees within said time, Updating and maintain employee

 Grievance Handling and Disciplinary procedure: Responsible for Investigating
potential policy violations and initiate appropriate disciplinary action with support of
authority, Issuing the warning letters, termination letters, and Interface with employees at
branches and area offices to understand concerns and opportunities at the individual, team
and organizational level. Helping out in resolving issues and provide appropriate solutions
