contractor, Employment Card, Muster Roll, Register of Wage, Wage Slip, Register of Deduction for damages or
loss, Register of fine, Register of Advance, Register of Overtime, Leave register and prepare and submit half
yearly and annual returns on time.
 Verifying the contractor monthly attendance & Wages register, Wages slip, Submission of monthly PF
contribution, Verifying contractor valid license etc.
 Gate entry Monitor
 Notice of commencement & Notice of completion submitted to DLC for License
 Safety Management
HRD Functions:
 Co-ordination of manpower Planning, recruitment, induction and appraisal.

Manpower Planning & Recruitment:
 Formulating and implementing appropriate recruitment strategies through job portals Naukri, consultant,

 Gap Identification and analysing training needs, Organise 5S, Motivation, product application & sales training
 Coordinated with the External Training institutes & Consultants for External as well as In house Training.

Payroll handling:
 Responsible for Centralised Time Office management module.

Facility Management & Audit:
