Introduction:
In this class we will review all the vocabulary we have taught them. We will,
therefore, hand then in worksheets where students will have to solve some activities so
that we can scan students’ progress. Then, since neither of the classes could do the
listening (this was the only activity left aside), we will do it today as the last activity in
order to ease the class and close the topic.
2. Procedure:
1- Starting the class (5 min): At the beginning of the class we will ask a student
to deliver the badges with the pupils’ names to his/her classmates and we will take
down note of the absent students.
2- Monitoring activities (15 min): we will provide children with a worksheet in
which they will have to match the sentences with their respective pictures. Once they
have it ready, we will ask them to hand it so that we can give them the last sheet where
they will have to order some questions and answers. With these activities we intend to
check how much they have improved so far.
Worksheets:
3- Can you do it? YES, I CAN DO IT! (15 min): We will end the class by
listening to the song “Fromhead to toe” by Eric Carle. We will ask the students to
listen to the song one time so they can get familiar with it. Later, we will play the song
again and we will encourage students to stand up and follow mimics and lyrics of the
song.
